This beautiful home built in 2002, is located in the PIKES PEAK REGION of Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is a great place to make your home base, then go out to explore this vacationer's paradise. The Pikes Peak Region has many natural wonders and points of interest to enjoy.
Drive to the top of 14,110 foot Pikes Peak in your car or ride the cog-railway. Visit Santa’s North pole workshop. See the famous Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Will Rogers Shrine. Stroll through fabulous Garden of the Gods. Explore Cave of the Winds. Take a walk through history in the Manitou Cliff dwellings of the native Ute Indians. Visit the Air Force Academy. Take in a class AAA baseball game. Looking for more? Denver is only one hour away! If you are visiting family or friends in the Military, the Air Force Base is within ten miles of the home. Shopping and restaurants are only a few minutes away.
After visiting all the sites that are offered in Colorado Springs, come home to play. While staying at the beautiful Antler Creek Lodge, located in the Meridian Ranch Recreational Community, you can enjoy playing golf at one of the finest public courses in the area. The world class ANTLERS CREEK GOLF CLUB is only three blocks away. Want a challenge? From the back tees, the course plays to over 8000 yards! However, with five tee boxes on each hole, it caters to players of all abilities. Antler Creek Golf club has three lakes, 73 bunkers, wide playable fairways and driving range. The course is normally open from April 1st through October 31st. There is a Pro Shop and Restaurant open to the public on the premises. Call for your TEE Time and GREEN Fees.
The multi-purpose RECREATION CENTER is only two blocks away. Play and swim at the outside pool with lap lanes, water slide, and a graduated entry shallow area. Work out at the fitness center and weight training facilities using state of the art exercise equipment. The indoor gymnasium, foosball, ping pong, and air hockey are the favorite activities in the Game Room. There is even a Child watch area.
What a day you've had! It's time to relax and enjoy this beautiful five bedroom three and a half bath home. It sleeps a maximum of fifteen people. Here are the sleeping arrangements: Upper level Master Bedroom: King sleigh bed and the french doors open to a spacious bathroom with separate jetted tub (with views of the Sangre de Cristo range), shower, double sink and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: Set of bunk beds with double on the bottom (sleeps three). Bedroom #3: Queen Bedroom #4: Queen. The lower garden level has bedroom #5: Queen plus Queen Sleeper sofa.
The Lower level home theatre room: Queen Sleeper sofa. The lower level also has hall bath with shower, wet bar, and pool table. The main Level has living room, dining room, kitchen island, breakfast nook (views of Pikes Peak and the golf course!), family room with TV, and library with desk, and books and games for the entire family. The main level also has a half bath and laundry room.
From the back deck you can enjoy the majestic views of Pikes Peak, watch the golfers putting at the sixth green, or enjoy your own family members playing on the putting green in the back yard. Others of your family can be downstairs in the entertainment room playing pool, watching a movie in the home theater, or playing a table game. Bring your favorite CD for listening enjoyment on the house audio system.
Antler Creek lodge is fully air-conditioned, has a three-car garage, and is wired with hi-speed internet access.
