Brand new, one bedroom condo (approximately 1100 square feet) with patio is part of the spectacular Grand Marina Villas of the Paradise Village Hotel, in Nuevo Vallarta. Ours is the third floor unit.

The unit's has a great location. The marina has a lovely gardens. There is one full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. It has also a double sofa bed for a kid.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and telephones. Telephone use is through the hotel switchboard. Charges for outside calls will be paid upon checking out. Your unit includes air conditioning, two cable TVs. A shared pool with a large palapa and barbeque is available at the unit's location and is ideal for entertaining larger groups.
The entire complex is a secure gated community which has 24 hour Security service and also has medical doctors in an on-site clinic on duty 24 hours a day, every day. There are no tall high rise buildings in this complex which makes the area more of a community. Also included at the private pool area is a large palapa with an outdoor grill, perfect for parties.
Many fine restaurants are in the immediate area. Golf and shopping are minutes away. Guests have use of the amenities of beach club, gym, spa, pool areas (Gran Marina, sport center and beach club), tennis courts and kids area at sport center. The hotel is a five to eight minute walk from the property, or you can call for a golf cart ride to and from the hotel to go to the restaurants. The beach area for your use is the Playa Royale, a five minute walk in the opposite direction from the unit.
Nuevo Vallarta is approximately fifteen minutes North of the Puerto Vallarta, International Airport. Have your taxi driver take you from the airport to the Paradise Village next to Paradise Village mall, you will find Gran Marina Villas.

Excellent condo. I would definitely book it again in the future.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for 28 days..late Oct to mid Nov. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Grand Marina and this unit. Since our visit, we understand the owners have upgraded some furniture, etc. so would even be more impressive!
