The Pemberley is a beautiful 3400 sq. ft. private home in the Warriers Mark West area of Breckenridge. The house is in pristine condition. It has just been staged & redecorated and features wonderful artwork throughout. (We were going to sell the house but have now taken it off the market.) The house is 3 minutes (400 yards) away from an access ski & hiking path (Burro Trail), which takes you down to the Peak 9 Beaver Run high-speed chair lift. Ski-in is available from Flapjack off of peak 10. Ski-in is recommended for strong intermediate skiers. (Peak 10 may not be open early in the season.)
This 4 bedroom home features two beautiful master suites each having a sitting area and large bathroom with whirlpool tub, separate shower and dual sinks. The great room features a vaulted ceiling, moss rock wood burning fireplace and 2 leather sofas. The den also features a moss rock wood burning fireplace ample seating and a warm cozy atmosphere. One of the 2 sofas in the den can be converted into a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen and dining room have pickled oak hardwood flooring. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and amenities needed for your gourmet dining.
The master bedroom on the first floor has 2 queen size beds. The upper level master bedroom features a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with an extra trundle bed underneath. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds with an extra trundle bed underneath. Lodge pole pine trees surround a new oversize hot tub (Seats 10), picnic table and barbeque gas grill located on the rear deck. (No pets or smoking allowed)
In the summer months, wild flowers & pine trees surround the house. Beaver ponds and streams are on the burro trail which is a 10 or 15 minute leisurely walk down to the town of Breckenridge.

Stayed in this home for Spring Break 2010. It was a wonderful home with plenty of room for everyone. Great location for everyone to get to the slopes.Will definately try to stay here again next Breckenridge Trip.

We stayed at this property from December 27, 2009 to January 2, 2010. This is a very comfortable and beautiful house just as described by the owner. The communication with the owners was very smooth and polite, we really enjoyed our vacation at this house, and I am sure when I come back to Breckenridge I will definitely do my best to stay at this property. My congratulations to the owners for such a beautiful, spacious and well designed house, this is definitely a 5-Star home.

My family stayed here Dec. 26 through the Dec. 31 of 2007. We were the first to stay in the Pemberley Home and had a wonderful experience. The home was great but most of all, Walt (Owner) was extremely accomodating. Thank you VERY much. I would recommend this house to anyone.

We had a great vacation in the summer at Pemberley. The master suite is like a tree house with aspens surrounding it, supplemented with nice views of mountains through the trees. The house is nicely furnished and equipped with great lighting for all kinds of activities. A new hot tub is also a pleasure and big! Our family found the separate dining, living and family room areas to be spacious and comfortable with two nice fireplaces and comfortable furniture. We'll happily return for another trip. Highly recommended.

This a great house in a great location with terrific amenities. The house is clean newly renovated and in good condition. The area is beautiful. This is a great house for families with kids. They have sleds and a nice hot tub. The owners are very good to deal with. We will be repeat renters. This is a 10 out of 10 house.
