Cabin on Willow Pond is a designer cabin located between Friday Harbor and Roche Harbor on San Juan Island. Just 5 miles from the ferry dock, it sits on 22 acres of pastoral view property and shares a view of the large pond with the main house. Wildlife and waterfowl abound.
The property is extensively landscaped. Our property has hosted weddings and honeymooners have enjoyed the sweet timeless serenity of this wonderful location. It is simply the perfect escape from the daily grind. You will begin to unwind the moment you pull down the driveway, life will slow down for the duration of your stay and as you head back to wherever 'home' is, you will notice that you feel closer to the 'HOME' that resides within you.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week while our daughter was at camp on Orcas. We had our two dogs with us and it was a perfect fit for us. It has park like surroundings, a hugh grass yard, and lots of walking trails. The bathroom and kitchen were sufficient and bed comfortable ... we spent most of our time outside and touring around the island. The only down side to this property is that there is no tv, no cable, no news ... not even a clock radio ... wireless is available but not strong enough to reach inside the house. Our cell phone reception was lost here too. While we are not bound by technology, I did miss listening to the news each morning and sporting events. There is a tv with dvd player to watch movies. If you are looking for fantastic scenery, quite surroundings, and a comfortable, beatifully decorated cabin ... this is the one for you!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We recently returned from our stay at Willow Pond and recommend the location as a perfect, quiet and tastefully appointed cottage for 2. The location is very close to Friday Harbor and the cottage has a view of the pond from the deck. A doe and 2 fawns visited and a family of geese visited twice. Very relaxing and comfortable. Thank you!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.
