Wonderful, clean reversed floor plan, sits on piers with two private decks overlooking magnolia lake, this is a perfect vacation spot for everyone, especially a large extended family. Four bedrooms, two baths, as well as a washer and dryer downstairs.
Upstairs to another bedroom with bath, tv and private entrance to deck, there is a huge living area and kitchen that are combined, and have cathedral ceilings, lots of windows. No Pets please and No Smoking.
One of a kind house in a one of a kind place and your family will want to come back year after year. Ours do. Teens don't have to come home to check in as you will be able to see them go to the pool off the decks. Security is fantastic so the kids can explore in safety... golf carts available.
The lake that this house overlooks is full of wildlife activity and fish. Fun to watch and in very secluded and quiet atmosphere but within five minutes of all the action, food, ice cream, recreation center, and arcade. Too many to list.
