Make plans now to reserve our luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, located in a private gated complex on Blue Mountain Beach in the beautiful Beaches of South Walton area. Adagio is just east of Sandestin, and west of Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seascape, and Rosemary Beach -- known for fine restaurants and shopping.
Enjoy eating at one of the numerous nearby restaurants, or prepare your own meals in our well-equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A separate, clean laundry room offers a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master suite features a comfortable king-size bed for maximum relaxation after an active day. The attached, well-appointed master bath includes a jacuzzi tub and a separate marble shower with two shower heads. From the bath, enjoy the views from a private balcony behind huge glass doors.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own attached bath. The third bedroom features two twin beds, and also has an attached bath. Each bedroom has cable TV.
There is a kid's bunk room, a cozy spot for two small children.
The spacious living area includes a TV/DVD unit and plenty of comfortable furniture to accommodate several guests. A dining area and a snack bar offer abundant eating areas.
Wireless internet access in the condo and poolside keeps you plugged in during your visit.
Our private patios overlook an 8,000 square-foot pool with a hot tub for your pleasure under picture-perfect skies. The complex also has a second heated gulf-side pool next to a private lawn for outdoor activities. And just in case you need a more thorough workout after a trek to the beautiful beach or a nice swim in one of the pools, the complex includes a modern fitness center for guests.
Beaches of South Walton is the proud recipient of the Blue Wave Flag, sponsored by the Clean Beaches Council. This certification symbolizes clean, safe, and environmentally friendly beaches. Residents are devoted to the stewardship of America's shoreline.
The area's 17 freshwater and saltwater lakes, as well as Choctawhatchee Bay, offer abundant water sports. Several golf courses are nearby, including the Raven Golf Club, voted by Florida Golf News as the region's first true marquee resort course.

Why the Owner Chose Adagio
We consider Blue Mountain Beach to be one of the most beautiful areas in all of Florida. The natural beauty of the area is amazing. We also enjoy the many fantastic restaurants and shops along 30-a.
Sandestin, with all of its outlet stores and endless supply of restaurants, is only a short drive.
This is one of our favorite place to eat. Great for lunch or dinner. Just two miles up the road.

We are from Tallahassee Florida. This is just a fantastic place to relax. Gorgeous water and the most beautiful sugar white sandy beaches in all of Florida. Plenty of fishing, golf, and an eighteen mile bike path for the perfect run or bike ride. Turn on to 30A and feel the stress leave your body.

The beach is unbelievable...the water was crystal clear and they have enormous pools and even a hot tub. It was a little cool out the first day, but all my kids were swimming in the heated pool on the ocean side...this was clutch. There seemed to be a lot of people in the complex, but nothing was croweded...very relaxing. We use to go to Seaside and Water Colors, but I think the Adagio is a lot more relaxed, the beach is right there and a fraction of the price. I've stayed at the Adagio 4 times and although I've never found a place I didn't like, some are better decorated, stocked etc. This place had a brand new fridge that stays cool even w/ all my little ones opening the fridge every two min...if you've stayed here before you know what I'm talking about...the Vinkings in some of the units get warm. The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable, flat screens in all the rooms...just well done. The kitchen was also well stocked...for example, they have a blender, everything you need to cook with including grill utensils which is a big plus for me. Overall pleasure to deal with...many thanks. I'll be back.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our family's first "Florida Beach" vacation. We had such a wonderful time that we are planning our trip for next year, already! The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean and kid-friendly! Even though there were enough bedrooms for each of our kids to have their own, they opted to sleep in the closet bunk because they thought it was cozy! The beach was clean and clear, the pools were very nice and plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. A great value!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
