Master Suite has a luxurious bath with a huge soaking tub, dual sinks, a three-headed shower, and a small private deck. Three full floors of elegance, FIVE bedrooms (2 bedrooms on 1st and 2nd, master on third) - allowing the utmost privacy. And yes, it does have three FULL baths (one on each floor).
There is an additional basement that is now available for renting as well, to add to this already enormous house: an extra TWO HUGE BEDROOMS, SPACIOUS LIVING AREA, DINING AREA, FULL KITCHEN, FULL BATH, WASHER/DRYER - bringing the rental home to a total of SEVEN BEDROOMS, FOUR BATHS, TWO KITCHENS, THREE washer/dryers, etc etc. The basement can connect to the main house via a doorway/stairway, or it can be locked securely, as the basement has its own private entrance, so it's up to you how you design it - one huge house, or one really big house with a smaller unit for a nanny or inlaws or whatever you'd like.

This year we're actually renting the basement in addition to the five bedrooms, so the house (if you opt to rent the basement too), is SEVEN FULL BEDROOMS! Anyone who wishes to rent the optional basement as well as the 5-bedrooms, will then have the additional two bedrooms, additional full bath, additional kitchen, additional washer/dryer, a separate entrance, and the ability to connect the entire house (or keep it two separate units).
