The Living Room features a Sectional Sofa and instead of a uncomfortable sleeper/sofa, we have a premium queen air mattress w/ automatic pump, provided to us in the living area. Sitting Chairs, Gorgeous Armoire w/ 47" Plasma HDTV, DVD & Stereo System. Our Kitchen is Fully Equipped and features a long raised granite bar with bar stools, and large granite-topped dining table. The Laundry Center has Kenmore Full-Size Washer/Dryer Included. The Entry, Bathrooms & Kitchen are all Tile. Nothing has been left out!!

Why the Owner Chose Shores of Panama
I have been coming to Panama City Beach, Florida since I was a little girl. We always vacationed there because of the people, the beautiful beach, and it wasn't too far for us to drive for vacation. It became a family tradition, which turned into a family tradition for our children. Panama City Beach really began to grow in the 90's,and many developers came in, bought up most of the ma and pa spring break motels, and began building condos along the beach. My husband and I~all grown up and in the real estate business now, were so excited at the possibility of owning a condo in our favorite place, Panama City Beach! We looked at many pre-construction development opportunities, and hands down, Shores of Panama was by far the most beautiful of them all.
We feel so blessed and lucky, and although the economy has certainly challenged the upcoming of Shores~nothing was going to stop this beauty! We just love the location, and those beautiful emerald waters!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the pool! What more can we say? There is not another pool like this in Panama City Beach! We also love Pineapple Willies being next door~their grouper bites are awesome, and their 90 Octane frozen drinks taste just like a orange push-up! Heaven on a hot summer day!
The other wonderful things are being right across the street from Wal-mart! Like it or not, we all need Walmart! Pompanos is a great seafood restaurant across the street, circle k, beside Shores, and Waffle House for those mornings! You know those mornings! scattered, smothered and covered!!
Love going to Pineapple Willies & Pier. Walk right next door (2 minute walk). Great Frozen Drinks, Great fresh food, and it's fast! Very friendly staff!

We just got back from Panama City Beach and had a wonderful time. The pool and the beach were everything that we had wanted. And Kelly was absolutley wonderful to work with. This was the 3rd time I've been there, but the first time staying at this condo. And with the wonderful experience we had we will be back again!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The only problem was the wait for the elevators at times. But we could look past that because the rest of the vacation was unforgettable. The property and location of the condo was close to everything we wanted to do. Thanks Kelly for a great vacation.

WE LOVED IT! The condo was very clean and the amenities top-notch. Lots of towels (which often isn't the case). Beds and bedding were high quality as well. We'll definitely stay here again...owners were awesome and very responsive in all transactions!

Kelly- We loved your place and the weather was great! It was the best vacation we have had in years. Our two grandsons loved the beach, hot tub, both pools, and the fish in the lobby.
