Welcome to "Palms in Paradise" on Ocean Walk Lane in Fort Myers! Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, golf, shopping, dining, attractions are all within a five mile radius plus you have a beautiful lake view.
You'll appreciate this smartly decorated and nicely equipped second floor condominium. The living room includes queen size sleep sofa and sliders to a balcony that overlooks the lake and enjoys sunset views. The bedroom is newly decorated with Thomasville bedspread and window treatments. All furniture and carpet is new as of two years ago. The kitchen is more than fully outfitted with service for 8 of dinnerware, glassware and utensils, should you wish to entertain, along with plastic drink ware to take to the pool. You'll even find a crockpot for carefree meal preparation!
High speed wireless internet service is available, as is a printer/copier/fax/scanner for your laptop. Ceiling fans and lighting are remote controlled.
Just across the street is the clubhouse with a sandy beach on the lake, pool and superb amenities including fitness center and games room. You have your own private garage right at the bottom of the stairs for storage of golf clubs, fishing gear or bikes.
This unit is located in the interior of the complex, away from road noise which might be a nuisance, so your stay here will be peaceful. You will be close to grocery store, drug store, video store, library and plenty of restaurants, both fine dining and casual. Many shopping choices are nearby. The free beach trolley is nearby and takes you to Fort Myers Beach and Lover's Key State Park beach. Or, if you prefer a less crowded, local beach you can visit Bunche Beach just a couple miles away from the unit.
