Fabulous vacation home built in 2007 in a quiet neighborhood away from the city but close enough to enjoy all that San Antonio has to offer. You will feel at peace, in our spacious, (2400 sq ft) warm, comfortable home.
Two stories, four bedrooms, two and half baths, two car garage, a fully equipped office, a fully equipped kitchen and a game room. We have two King sized master bedrooms, one of which is located downstairs. Both rooms have TV/DVDs and cable. We also have two Queen bedrooms, one that also includes bunk beds. There is Cable/TV in the Queen/bunk bed room. In addition we also have two futons: one in the gameroom and one in the office as well as an inflatable Queen sized bed.
There is plenty to do inside or out. Spend some time in the game room and play some air hockey or challenge a friend at darts. We have poker chips, cards, games, movies, books, etc!
Or venture outdoors to our covered patio. Enjoy some fresh fruit off the trees and fire up the gas grill, relax while listening to the birds or watch your friends and loved ones play frisbee or catch in the backyard. You could also head down to the community pool or go for a walk in the neighborhood where you can find plenty of hills.
No need to bring your laptop, our fully equipped office has a PC, high speed wireless internet access, a fax machine, free long distance phone calls, and a copier and printer.

Three freeways are within 5 minutes. Getting anywhere won't take you very long.

20 minutes to the Alamo, Alamodome, Riverwalk, Tower of the Americas, AT&T Center, SBC Center, Joe Freeman Coliseum, and all that downtown has to offer.
There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and the grocery store is just down the street. This Vacation rental has it all: Easy access to everything, but a quiet suburban location to make you feel right at home.

There are so many attractions in San Antonio that draw in a diverse group of people. We have had families, couples, snow birds, military families, corporate and business travelers, as well as international travelers. With all the attractions and great weather and great people, what’s not to like?
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is spacious, warm, and comfortable. You will feel as if you are staying at home, but yet, you’re in San Antonio. We have a fully equipped kitchen and office. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. We have plenty of games to keep the kids busy for hours. We have many items geared to make staying with kids a breeze, not to mention the babies and toddlers as well. Another plus is that we have two master bedrooms with king sized beds. This makes staying with another family a little bit easier. One of our master bedrooms is downstairs, which is nice for those who find stairs a nuisance. Simply read our guest’s comments and you will know that you are staying somewhere very unique and worthwhile.

Before having our first child last year, I used to be a high school teacher and Marcus has been involved in real estate investing since 2001. We decided to branch out into the vacation rental industry in 2007 as a way for me to work from home and be a stay at home mom. We thought San Antonio had a lot to offer and, on a whim, decided to give it a try. In doing so, we gave a lot of thought to what we would want on vacation and tried to incorporate that into the home. We wanted to balance the amenities you find in a nice hotel with the comforts of home. We hope you enjoy our home as well as your trip to San Antonio.

I'd have to say, that was one of the best vacations I've ever taken. The house was lovely and located so well. It was close enough and yet far enough. The apple trees were a special hit with my granddaughter & me. For a baby to be able (to help) pick apples and then eat one, was so much fun! We had ping pong battles nightly. The guys really enjoyed playing ping pong and darts. Now they want one at our house! Thank you for listing your house. It made our vacation so much more enjoyable. Ginger, Everything worked out perfect. The house was exactly the right thing and perfect for our group. We tried to treat it like our home and take good care of it. I have told many about our experience and if you don’t mind, I’ll forward your email to them. Our family had a fantastic time and the house is so perfectly located to everything we wanted to do in San Antonio and even easy access to slip up to Schlitterbaun’s. Six Flags was very convenient and Sea World was right there. Easy trip to the river walk and convenient to the airport. As you can probably tell, we couldn’t have had a better trip and the accommodations made it all the better. Wonderful community pool and we spend hours there. Do you have any properties elsewhere? We had a great time in San Antonio. The house was wonderful. It was so nice to have so much space to spread out. We all talked about how nice it was to be together and not be in separate hotel rooms not to mention being able to have our meals and snacks handy without having to go out to eat each meal. The grandchildren really enjoyed playing in their bedroom and the game room upstairs. They named their room the "Cousin's Room." Having their own space to play in gave the adults a lot of room for down time. We all had a good time at Sea World and it was so nice to be so close. All four little girls enjoyed just about everything at Sea World. We may decide to do another trip, sometimes in the future, to take the grandchildren to a few more places in San Antonio.
