We purchased this rental because of the great location in downtown Calistoga in the Napa Valley. Calistoga is a great town and, in our opinion, the best town to stay in when visiting the Napa Valley.
This property is located just 2 blocks from downtown Calistoga where visitors can walk to great restaurants, spas, shopping, wine tasting, art galleries, live music and a wonderful museum.

We love Calistoga and have multiple rental properties, including a couple of bed and breakfast inns, all located in Calistoga, the heart of the Napa Valley, Sonoma and Alexander Valley wine regions. We also have a small vineyard at one the the vacation homes, Chelsea Vineyards, and produce a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon, which is available for purchase. Production is limited to under 240 cases per year. We specialize in providing comfortable home-away-from-home lodging for travelers staying in the Napa Valley.

Cozy, Spacious Calistoga Home

A group of 6 of us stayed at this lovely property in June 2011, and it is perfect for a group getaway. We all agreed that this home made our visit to the wine country extra special. The backyard is very large with lush greenery and a patio, where we enjoyed breakfast every morning, as well as a jacuzzi to the side. We used the grill to have a backyard barbecue one evening and the spacious dining room another night. If traveling as a group, I highly recommend renting this property rather than staying at a hotel, because it was large enough to allow us to have time to ourselves if we wished and it was so fun to gather in the communal spaces as a group for meals, relaxing in the jacuzzi or just hanging out in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook with and plates, glassware and silverware were plenty. This is perfect if you don't want to eat out every meal and enjoy preparing some meals at home. There is a market in Calistoga just a few minutes away by car. The center of town is just a 10 minute walk away. The house is very clean, well-maintained and very quaint. It is exactly as pictured and described. Free wi-fi was great to have. Susan and Dave were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful in coordinating our stay at the property. The responded quickly to all e-mails and were available if we needed. We highly recommend this cozy home and will definitely stay here again the next time we plan on having a group trip to Napa Valley. Thank you, Susan & Dave!
