This luxury condo has three bedrooms with a king bed in one bedroom and queen beds in the other two bedrooms. It is extremely convenient on Park Avenue in Old Town Park City and is walking distance to historic main street and Park City Mountain Resort.
There is also a bus stop just steps from the front door. The Park City FREE bus system takes you (and your ski's or other stuff) anywhere in Park City in warmth and comfort. Worlds best skiing in the winter and spectacular mountain activities in the summer. There is a wonderful huge city park just across the street that has playgrounds, barbecues, basketball, tennis, and a skate/skateboard park - all free for use of our guests.
This condo has living room, kitchen, 3/4 bath and bedroom on main floor and two more bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Wonderful, comfortable furnishings with a spectacular king size log bed in the master bedroom upstairs. All bedrooms have TV's and the living room area has a large flat screen TV and Tile floors. Off-street parking at your front door make this a wonderful, warm comfortable place you'll return to time after time. LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS THAT ARE MADE LESS THAN 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE during the Ski Season and EARLYBIRD RESERVATIONS THAT ARE MADE BEFORE 1/1 FOR FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL STAYS receive a 15% discount (Sundance and holiday Periods NOT ELIGIBLE for discount).

We are a local couple that have lived in the area forever! We own 2 of these lovely townhoues on park Avenue in park City and also manage 3 others for our neighbors who do not live in the area. We take pride in making sure our places are clean and comfortable for our guests, and have all the necessary cooking utensils, spices, etc. We also strive to help our guests with ski lift tickets, restaurant recommendations, transportation, etc.
Why the Owner Chose Park Avenue
Park City is a wonderful place for a ski vacation, featuring the "Best Snow On Earth" as the whole world realized at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. It is also an easy 30 minute drive on an interstate freeway from SLC International Airport. It is also just spectacular in the Spring, Summer and Fall. When it is 100 degrees in Salt lake or other more Southern locations it is typically a delightful 85 degrees in the fresh mountain air of Park City. Hiking, fishing on lakes and blue ribbon fly fishing streams, many world class golf courses, and off-season bargains at many of the world-class restaurants ,ake this w great summer vacation.
