GORGEOUS vacation home located in the heart of the Coachella Valley! 1600 square feet of pure paradise! Very open, bright, and spacious. Vaulted ceilings and 2 separate patios for lounging.
We have 2 large bedrooms. One has a King Size bed, 27" TV, and large bathroom with vanity separate from bathroom/shower area. Our laundry room has a brand new full size washer and dryer. Our second bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV and its own bathroom. If you have little ones or big kids, it is the perfect private room for the kids to watch their shows or sleep in peace. We also provide 2 twin hide-a-beds which you can fold out and use for additional guests if needed.
Our living room has a a large overstuffed couch and and nice chaise lounge to relax in. We also have a gas fireplace, 32" TV, VCR with many movies to choose from and a nice audio system for your listening pleasure!
We offer an EXCLUSIVE ultra private sundeck with gorgeous mountain and lake views for everyone to enjoy!
You have 2 community pools to choose from and 2 hot tubs. The pool area is along a beautiful lake right in the heart of Mission Hills.
The unit is just steps from tennis courts and golf clubhouse. Very safe and secure location - perfect for the quiet family getaway, or a let loose weekend...it's all up to you!
