  This place was absolutely perfect! I have been to myrtle plenty of times, and unless I'm with a large group this place will be my go to. First of all I loved the location and loved that the room is on one of the upper floors and was also a corner room. Another thing I enjoyed was the convenience of not having to worry about keeping up with a room key. Another good thing about this place was that by staying at a breakers resort, I was able to go to all the other breakers resorts as well. I seriously can't think of any negatives about this place, even the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with alot of essentials that I assumed I would have had to provide for myself.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  I stayed here the last week of March, with my grown children and their two children, ages 4 and 12. The property was exactly as descibed, and the pictures accurately reflected the appearance. Check in was a breeze. The condo was clean, and the view was MAJESTIC! We cooked a couple of days, and had everything we needed. We come to Myrtle beach about twice a year, and we usually stay at a new place each time. However, in the future, I will be sure to try to get this property everytime I go back! The only negative was a week was not long enough!

  Excellent location, lots of parking nearby, condo very clean, all necessities included. Owner very helpful, staff at Breakers also helpful and polite. Situated in center MB, near restaurants, beach naturally, shops, highways West then North and South. Quick exit to all golf destinations. Strongly recommended. Reg Canada.

  We were really impressed with the first time experience renting direct from an owner through VRBO. This was much easier than dealing with the check-in lines at the Front Desks. No hassles whatsoever we were on the Beach in no time. I do want to say it was hard to pickup & leave the weather & views were great. The Condo was close to all attractions (well within walking distance), clean & very functional we found just about everything to work with just as if we were in our own home. ...   We just got back from renting 7th floor unit with Brian Boucher at the Sailfish Tower. Unit was clean, and had everything you need. We were very happy, beds were comfortable. Dresser drawers clean and ready for clothes. Bathroom spotless. Kitchen well supplied for cooking. Couch is a little older and bar type table/chairs were a bit of a challenge. Everything else very good. Would recommend and will go back.

  My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condo. Loved the location, amenities and ease of checking in. Everything we needed (and wanted...ice cream) was nearby. Didn't really need a car! Our only minor downside was that the sofabed/couch in the living area was in need of replacement. It was not very comfortable to sit on. Other than that, a truly lovely time.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  My husband and I just returned from an 8 day stay at this unit and we were very impressed with the amenities and the property as a whole. We would recommend this unit to anyone and the owner was very helpful as well as the process to secure this accomodation was simple. We will definitely use this service again. Thanks again Brian.
