Thank you for spending a few moments looking at our condo. We are located in the heart and life of Gulf Shores. Our place is directly across the street from the beach and within 3 minutes you are standing on the beach after walking out the front door. We have worked hard to provide a condo for your vacation that you will be extremely pleased with the cleanliness, furnishings and convenience to everything. We have received so many guest comments online for both of our condos that have led to many referrals and repeat visits. With the price of a vacation so high these days we have made it possible for you to have a great vacation at an affordable price and a place you will be proud to come back to.
Our condo is ideally suited for the medium and small family and romantic getaways. We can sleep 6 people in the 2 beds in the bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living room. Just about every possible thing has been provided inside so you don’t have to bring your whole house to the beach. The kitchen is completely stocked. There are plenty of linens and towels so you won’t be bringing any from home. We have wifi internet connection if you bring a laptop. The furniture is comfortable and very conducive for napping and reading. Our balconies are perfect places for that early morning cup of coffee or quiet time and that night time cup of coffee. If you eat out a lot there are a number of restaurants of local flavor within walking distance from the condo and the stores can be walked to also.
We are not detached owners of the condo. We actively manage our condos and simply love coming to the beach. We made our condos the way we would like them to be when we are vacationing. You will be dealing directly with us and no management firm. We love Gulf Shores and will answer every question you have and supply you with information that gives you a head start when you come here.

We have always loved vacationing in Gulf Shores and always wanted our own place here. We loved it so much we now have 2 condos.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
It's not unique to come on vacation to the beach unless there is no beach where you live. The number 1 reason we always vacationed at Gulf Shores was to get on the beach. Of course there is always plenty of other activities to fill in your days and evenings but the beach was, is, and always be our first love. Oh, and saving money by staying at our condos.

It is cozy, clean, and just the right size for us. This condo is meticulously maintained and after 3 years, it looks new every time we arrive. The owners are very proud of their unit and spend much time making sure they give you the most for your money. I have searched countless hours for a better deal compatible with the classiness of this unit. I gave up. There isn't one.

It was extremely clean and was exactly as described to us. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of dishes, baking dishes/pans and utensils. Start my review by stating we would DEFINITELY come back and rent the Condo. Everything was as stated,very clean,well maintained, Perfect location to get to the beach, restaurants, and places of entertainment. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent. If you love the beach,walk across the street and your there. Shopping you have many places to visit, Tons of good restaurants, recommend LuLu's as one you should definetly visit.If you have Children, plenty of places for them,The track,waterville etc. End my review by stating, we plan on renting this condo next year also. Everything was comfortable and very well maintained. Randy was easy to work with and contact was always immediate. There is easy access to the beach and easy walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Kids and adults of all ages will enjoy The Hangout located at 182 and 59 as you come into Gulf Shores (you can walk from the condo via the street or if you prefer, take the scenic route of the beach!) Very reasonable, casual dining at Sea N Suds just across the street. Great eats at a little place called Bahama Bobs, just a little west of 59 on 182, which also has beach side dinning (this requires the car). And you can top off your night with ice cream at Bruster’s, just a short walk down from the condo, the same side of the street. The next visit back to Gulf Shore’s will include contacting Randy for another stay. .

Perfect Place to Stay Indy Bob Indianapolis, Indiana Review Submitted: April 6, 2009 Date of Stay: March 2009 My family and I stayed in this condo during our spring break and it could not have been better. The location of the condo is perfect for the cost consciuos traveler. You are across the street from the beach with a very nice view of the waves but you don't have to pay the premium beach prices. The condo is very well kept and clean and the owners are great to work with. Randy and Lisa provided us with all kinds of information about the Gulf Shores area and their recommendations of activites and restaurants were right on target. They even gave us tips on rainy day activities in case of bad weather. The condo had everything that we could have asked for and much more. As a family of five I was a little worried about the size of the condo but we had plenty of room and all the ammenities that we needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to be close to the beach, restaurants and shopping in Gulf Shores but not willing to pay the "big prices" for a high rise beach front condo. You will not be disappointed

Other than the rain provided by mother nature on Friday, we accomplished our golfing goal. Having not been to the area before, we were looking for a place to stay near the beach that was affordable. The condo was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent as far as traveling to different cities and golf courses in the area. It is immaculately kept with well appointed decor. The customer service provided by Randy is top notch as he greatly cares about keeping the property well-maintained and providing you with information in regards to the area. We enjoyed the food at various restaurants (in particular, Lulu's) and local musicians that had been recommended to us by some friends in the area. I highly recommend staying at the condo and look forward to a return trip to Gulf

I have nothing but fantastic things to say. This was like having a home away from home. It had absolutely everything you would ever need. This condo was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It was even better than the description. The location is perfect for beach lovers and the patio door in the living room had a wonderful view of the main road in Gulf Shores. Randy and Lisa were wonderful to work with and the next time I am in Gulf Shores they will be the first to hear from me. I would absolutely recommend this condo. You will not regret staying here. Quiet location, short walking distance to delicious restaurants, beautifully decorated condo with everything you could need during your stay. I cannot say enough positive things. I am so happy I chose to stay here and it made my vacation that much better!
