Once you visit this GREAT TOWNHOUSE located in the Village at Bear Trap Dunes you will come back again and again.
This spacious and tastefully decorated home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Check out this 3 level home for the utmost in privacy. The main level has the kitchen, dining area, living room (with 32 inch LCD TV) and one of the master suites with 2 single beds. On the second floor there are two huge master suites. One room has a king bed and bathroom with dual vanity. The third bedroom has both a queen bed and a daybed with trundle. There is also a full bath in this bedroom with a dual vanity. In the finished English basement, there is an incredible family room which offers entertainment from 50' BIG screen plasma TV and a pool table. There is a 4th bedroom in the finished basement. Right across the hall there is another full bathroom. There is also a selection of DVD's, board games and books for your entertainment. Private fenced courtyard with small patio, gas grill and seating area. The Bear Trap pavilion is less than a quarter block away as is the beach shuttle stop that runs during the summer months. Leave the travel crib, high chair and beach chairs behind. These are available at the house. For your TV viewing pleasure, we have 6 TV's, 2 VCR's and 4 DVD players. Keep up on your soaps, the latest sporting event or watch movies with the kids after a long day at the beach.
You are steps away from the clubhouse, on site restaurant and the pavilion which houses the great selection of amenities such as tennis (Har Tru clay courts), saunas, whirlpool, playground, fitness room and free weight room. The pavilion is also home to an outdoor pool with kiddie pool and an indoor pool. There is a second large outdoor pool with kiddie pool as well within the community. The golf club (and enjoy 27-hole championship golf course)also features a driving range. Kids will enjoy the tot lot with a variety of age appropriate equipment.
****Please be advised there is an additional fee for Activity Passes to make use of the community amenities and beach shuttle. The cost ranges from $10-$35 per person depending on the time of year of your stay.
