From the master bedroom at our second floor Oceanfront condo you can fall asleep listing to the rhythm of the waves against the shore. From this bedroom you can step out to your balcony through your private entrance and enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bath and your own Cable TV and VCR. The second bedroom is also as comfortable with its queen size bed.
Enjoy the spacious living room area with is it view of the Ocean through the glass sliding doors or relax on the balcony with your evening cocktail. For those who do bring their computer we do have WIFI available in the unit.
Enjoy the flat screen Hi. Def. TV with its CD and DVD player. There are puzzles, books, DVD’s and CD’s there for your enjoyment on a rainy day or to chill out after a beautiful day on the beach or a delicious meal at one of the many local nearby restaurants. For the breakfast or dinner chef enjoy our fully furnished kitchen and recreate your favorite recipes.
For your sleeping comfort, pillows, comforters and blankets are provided in each of the bedrooms. However we do not supply sheets or towels. You can bring your own or they can be rented.We also have beach chairs and some toys for the tots for their enjoyment. Also for your convenience there is a washer and dryer available in the unit.
With the unit being on the second floor there is an elevator available to help everyone upstairs after a tiring day of play at the beach or shopping in the many nearby,malls.
The condo is located on South Ocean Blvd a few blocks from busy Route 17 and less then 2 miles from route 544 Kings Highway and an easy 10 minute ride form the airport. It is waking distance to Wild Water and Race Theme park and the famous Surfside Flee market. When strolling on the beach either during the day or evening you are no more then 1 mile in either direction from some on the Beach Restaurants where you can have snacks or refreshments before walking back.
Because of HOA requirements we do not rent to student groups or allow pets, there are also no trailers, campers or, RV’s allowed in the parking place. Only 2 parking places are allowed per unit and a pass must be shown at all times.
Our unit is a NON-Smoking unit. This is our home away from home so we try to keep it as clean and comfortable as possible .We have many repeat guests who enjoy our beach get away and I know you will too. Sales tax not included in rates.

We enjoyed our stay September 10-16, 2011 so much that we plan to see if it is available for 2012. Everything was as described and we felt like we were at home. Adrienne was very helpful via email and phone to make our stay as comfortable as possible.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.
