Costamar apartment is a bright, sunny, modern, spacious apartment. The view from the balcony is of the Mediterranean. The warm sunshine can be enjoyed on the balcony from mid morning until the afternoon. Well situated on the waterfront in the Benalmadena Costa area just 30 meters from the beach. Ideal for families or couples in search of an up-market holiday base. These apartments offer good facilities for people who wish to explore the nearby resorts of Arroyo de la Miel, Torremolinos and Fuengirola as well as all the excellent facilities offered by this area of the costa del Sol.
The apartment also has excellent public transport communications with local bus stops (20metres), Arroyo de la Miel Railway Station (800m) with regular train service to all nearby towns and resorts, and a taxi rank adjacent to the complex. It is only a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport. Nearby there are many golf courses of the highest standard to tempt golfers to try out their skills, whereas the Mediterranean Sea offers exciting activities for water sports enthusiasts, or just to laze about and sunbathe all day.
The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the second with a double bed, folding bed available if required to accommodate max 5 people, there is also a bathroom, full kitchen, living room and dining room seating 5 people. The Marina is a twenty minute walk along the paseo. The town of Arroyo de la Miel, Tivoli World fun park, La paloma park, railway station, the Friday market, Sea Life are all within walking distance. There are lots of bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby. The beaches here, as in other areas in the Costa del Sol, are clean and picturesque, which coupled with the climate result in an ideal holiday location. For food-lovers, the local traditional dishes are the roasted baby pork, fried fish, grilled sardines, shell fish, paella and gazpacho. Costamar apartments have two communal swimming pools, one small for children and other large for adults.
You are ideally placed for day trips, Gibraltar for tax free shopping, restaurants, bars and excellent views from the top of the infamous Rock. Drive to the typical Andalucian white villages which provide a unique taste of Spain right in the area, excellent bars and restaurants. Visit and savour the delights of Seville or Alhambra in Granada. Visit historic Cordoba. Take a 20 minute ferry ride from Algeciras, crossing the Straits of Gibraltar to Tangier in Morocco, an invigorating mix of modern and ancient cultures, bustling alleys and shops of the kasbah.
Benalmadena lies in the province of Malaga and is situated between Torremolinos and Fuengirola. Phoenician, Carthaginian, Roman, Visigoth and Arab influences have all shaped Benalmadena, which consists of three areas:- Benalmadena-Pueblo in the mountains, Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena-Costa, a first-class tourist resort. Tapas bars, a wide range of cuisine and the open character of the people make this town a fun place to be, with a nightlife which is second to none. The beaches, Bil-Bil Castle and the delightful marina, declared one of the world's finest for its housing complex, make Benalmadena a lovely place to spend a holiday. The resort has good hotels and fabulous villa urbanization's, golf courses and the well known amusement parks, its pleasure crafts harbor and other installations are all of a high level, which makes this town one of the main attractions in the Costa del Sol for international tourism.
The property is booked from 15.00pm on the day of arrival through to 11.00am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. Fresh clean linen is provided weekly. Deposit 30% of total rental. Deposit non refundable or transferable. Balance payable within 6 weeks of departure. Cot hire £20 per week. Changeover day is Saturday, can be flexible in low season.
