This condo has been remodeled and has beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen, tiled bathrooms, new carpet, and all new furnishings. It has beautiful views of Lake Dillon's Marina and the surrounding mountains. The pool and hot tub are a nice added bonus.
The condo is on the second floor with a balcony facing the Dillon Marina. There are two new beds- one queen sized bed and one king sized bed with televisions in each room. The condo is a nice size at 1000 square feet.
Dillon is surrounded by many world class ski resorts, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge Ski Resort and Vail is only 30 minutes away.
Summer in Dillon is a must see. The spectacular views are unbeatable and the town events are fun for the entire family.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this condo, & the daughter of the owners could not have been nicer!! It is very close to the lake & the view was so pretty of the boats in the marina. Would love to go back someday! Family of 3 from MO
