There is a large open living room and dining room to entertain family and friends. The large loft allows kids their own space away from adults. The home also has a large walk in mud room to store all your skis or golf gear.

CLOSE TO VERMONT's MANY ACTIVITIES:
This home is located right off the Vermont Association of Snow Travelers (VAST) trails. The home in the old Timberside Ridge Ski Area on the back side of Magic Mountain which offers great hiking and sledding right out your front door. In the winter, great skiing is close. You are right at Magic, and less than 30 minutes from Bromley, Stratton and Okemo. In the summer, enjoy world class golf courses at Tater Hill, Okemo, and Stratton. If you like to shop, Manchester Center outlets are a short drive away.
