One bedroom with Queen bed, one with Double, and one with two twin beds. Deck in back with picnic table and benches, another table with umbrella and chairs. Walk to outdoor shower through garden path off the deck. Large back yard suitable for badminton or just playing around, basketball hoop off driveway. Sunny front yard.
Minutes to many beaches, private access to Green Hill Pond for putting in boats, canoes, kayaks. Weekday free use of Green Hill Beach private parking lot. House is very close to the Charlestown town line, and the State Beach Charlestown Breachway, in addition to several other smaller beaches.
Short drive to Galilee, where the Block Island Ferry leaves several times a day. Clamming, fishing, all water sports available. 30 minute drive to Jamestown, 40 minutes to Newport, 50 to Providence, and two hours from Boston, MA. Very close to Trustum Pond National Wildlife Refuge - the only undeveloped salt pond in RI surrounded by hundreds of acres of field and woodland. The osprey's are on the nest!
