Welcome to Sandy Paws! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house conveniently located on Coastal Highway (south side) comfortably sleeps six people and is ideal for a family vacation, a golf trip, a ladies shopping retreat, or a romantic getaway.

Built in Spring 2007, the house features ceramic tile throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, contemporary furniture and decor, a 50" HDTV, X-Box (and games), and high-speed wireless internet.

The first floor includes a family room with a queen sleeper sofa, cable TV plus X-Box w/games, a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a laundry room with washer/dryer.

The second floor of the house has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a sliding door leading to a balcony where you can enjoy the sun and sip your morning coffee. Second bedroom has a queen-size 4-poster bed. Third bedroom has a full-size bed. All bedrooms have cable TV.

The house is a mere 4-5 block walk to the beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. A Dewey Beach seasonal parking pass is available for guests who would prefer to drive.

A short bike ride or drive gets you to downtown Rehoboth which offers fine dining, family entertainment, boardwalk, and boutique shopping. The house is also walking distance to all of the bayside dining and entertainment in Dewey Beach and an easy drive to outlet shopping and beautiful golf courses.

The house is housebroken dog friendly (limit of two dogs - no droolers...sorry). Pet fee and pet deposit are required and dogs must be crated when unattended.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the property - take a little walk to enjoy your cigarettes. :)

  • I've been coming to Dewey every fall since 2005, and this was *by far* the most pleasant experience I've had. Donna is so helpful and easy to deal with. The house is beyond cute and so dog friendly. My pups and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Sandy Paws, and we look forward to future visits.

  • Our stay at Sandy Paws exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the design contributed to our relaxation. We enjoyed morning walks with our dog into Dewey and along Silver Lake into Rehoboth. The walk the beach was no sweat - we did appreciate the Dewey Parking Pass to drive our gear to the beach. The neighbors in the surrounding houses were respectful and friendly. The house is so clean and pristine and a great place for anyone with our without a dog! If you take your dog, it will be treated like royalty at Sandy Paws!

  • We stayed at this place this past week. The location is central to everything (outlets, beach, etc). The house is beautifully decorated and the owners are super nice. They went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed the week (i.e. left us a parking pass for the town of rehoboth, provided lists of good restaurants to enjoy, etc). They were definitely great people to rent from. I would absolutely stay there again.
