From the house, you have quick access to I-75 where you can be at the outlet mall in 30 minutes, Naples or Tampa in a little over an hour or so...even take a day trip to Miami or Orlando. Famous Siesta Beach is 4.0 miles from the house...a 5 minute drive :)

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Close to Siesta Key and Famous Siesta Beach, Downtown and I75. When we don't have guests in our home we try to get there to enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I can walk to the beach if I so choose...a 3 mile hike but great exercise. The house has a 6 foot privacy fence that encloses the huge back yard for your privacy and keeping the pups safe :)
Well decorated and cozy...Flat Screen TVs etc.
