Our second visit to the cottage & it's even more beautiful than in 2000, with the addition of the sunroom, new furniture, wood floors, new deck, softer water, new shower head, & measuring cups in the kitchen! A special thanks to whoever left behind a half bottle of good wine. We hiked the trail from Miner's Castle to Miner's Beach and stopped to admire a breathtaking view of Red River. The kids liked Marquette with its college atmosphere. Four days is too short - will stay the full week again next time. Thanks for sharing the cottage with us - it feels like home.

hanks for a beautiful cottage. We had a great time and would definitely like to return. The view is wonderful - beautiful sunrises & moon rises - also enjoyed a hummingbird visiting frequently, and 2 sighting of a bald eagle! The sandy beach down the road was great for swimming.

The place is great! The sunroom & deck are perfect. We sat out there every morning & evening. Can't wait to come back next year. Even got to see the Northern Lights!

We love the cabin. It was a perfect place to stay while we explored the U.P. from Pictured Rocks to Copper Harbor to Big Bay. Beautiful! Favorite food - pasties from Muldoon's in Munising - just delicious! And a cute little gift shop, too. This is definitely ladybug season up here & they seem to love the cabin! Thank you for your enthusiasm & friendliness when we called for information & reservations. Thank you also for having the cabin warm & welcoming.

I think we found a little slice of heaven on the world wide web. This is a beautiful cabin and will make my first trip into the U.P. more memorable. As we were cottage shopping last August, we stumbled across seacoastcottage and I'm very happy that we did. Everything is great and I love my first view of Lake Superior and it's is breathtaking watching it from the deck! Our vacation started off on the rocky side getting here but once here I'm not sorry one bit. I hope that I can share this experience again with family & friends & trust me numerous people in Illinois and the Saginaw area will be visiting your web page.

People overuse the phrase "heaven on Earth" but it is appropriate for here. The week was awesome. My wife and I joined my sister and her boyfriend for a much needed vacation. Little did we know what was in store. The cottage was perfect. I enjoyed walking down by the water. We jam packed a daytrip to Copper Harbor, Tahq Falls, boat trips to Painted Rocks (cool!) and ship wrecks. Nine holes of golf finished off a very busy but awesome vacation. My wife and I look forward to returning up here someday from Illinois..

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The cabin exceeded our expectations. The view was just incredible! This is about our 1oth year to spend our vacation in this area. We love it up here. It's like coming home to us. We took a pontoon boat our 2 days that we rented from Seaberg Pontoon Rental. It was a great way to keep teenagers entertained. The first time we cruised by the painted rocks & saw the Bermuda shipwreck. The second time we went all the way around Grand Island and even saw a bald eagle. WOW! We want to definitely book the cabin again. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation with such a great place to stay!
