Reserve this nice home with a PRIVATE POOL for your Family Vacation. Located Close to Lots of Golf Courses, Shopping and Entertainment! It is a FAMILY oriented house perfect for a family reunion - this house has it all. Master bedroom has twin Queen size beds and a gas fireplace to set the ambiance. The other three bedrooms also have Queen size beds and a Queen size sofa sleeper in the family room. Three of these bedrooms have separate patio doors for easy in/out access. This house will sleep 10-12 very comfortable. There are 4 1/2 bathrooms to accommodate everyone.
If you need main level living accommodations, this is the place. No steps coming in and only two steps up to the main floor. With minimun steps, the house is Handicap accessible.
The yard on the lakeside is level with lots of grass for the kids to play. The house is perfect for Your Family vacation or retreat!
There are two family rooms, one up and one down which means plenty of privacy or if one just wants to get way for some quiet time. The upstairs family room has a gas fireplace.
The FAMILY can have lots of fun in the 16 x 40 inground Private Pool or just watch the boats go by. Swimming or Boat watching will entertain kids or adults for hours. Be sure to bring your beach towels for pool lounging. There are plenty of pool chairs and lounge chairs.
Shopping, restaurants and entertainment located close by. Toad Complex is within walking distance. Everything is close by but the house is situated to provide plenty of privacy plus a very quiet and relaxing environment.
The house offers a fully equipped kitchen from cookware to kitchen towels. Just bring the groceries! Laundry room include Washer and Dryer for your use.
The huge covered Lakeside balcony is just off the kitchen and spans the entire house. This deck is perfect for BBQs, lounging or boat watching. The covered patio is on the lower level and is another perfect location for lounging or boat watching. This house has a breath taking Panoramic View of the Lake!
Two car garage plus plenty of additional parking. No dock but there is a Private Boat ramp there for your use. Just launch your boat in and out at your convenience. Boat rental available from HPS Concierge at 573-746-0562 or visit their website plus there are several marinas close by.
