We had a wonderful vacation! The cabin location was perfect for us and the scenery was beautiful! Loved the decor of the cabin and was surprised with all the extras it contained, we felt right at home! Our daughter loved the hot tub! We would highly recommend!

The Perfect Vacation Spot

We spent a week in this cabin. It was really and truly the perfect vacation spot for us. We were celebrating our 35th. wedding anniversary. All of the accomodations were perfect. It felt like a home away from home. We spent lots of time on the deck, which had an amazing view. When we wanted to go into town, it was very convenient to Divide, Cripple Creek, and Woodland Park. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Barry and Karen were very accommodating. We would certainly like to stay here again.

A very warm, charming and peaceful cabin. Enjoyed the scenery and stay tremendously. Centrally located to all the places that my wife and I wanted to visit. Recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to re-energize/recharge one's batteries while on vacation.

Great Getaway

We spent the weekend of July 24th & 25th at the cabin and had a great time. We really enjoyed the deck and the great views. I could spend countless hours on that deck just breathing in the clean air. Although we did not see any bears we did have a friendly mule deer great us in the mornings. Thank you for sharing your retreat with us.

What a blast!

This cabin was wonderful for our week long vacation. It was just the right size for the two of us, and is in a great location to have easy access to all the attractions the area has to offer. The deck and hot tub were very relaxing and allowed for an awesome view of the stars. The cabin is well maintained, clean and has everything you need. This area of Colorado is incredibly beautiful and so clean. We enjoyed hiking, rafting through the Royal Gorge and we rode bikes down Pikes Peak...what a blast! The owners are super friendly and answered all my curious emails. And if you're in the area for the 4th of July, Cripple Creek had a great fireworks display that rivals any big city!

Very relaxing vacation

We had a great time in Colorado. The cabin was great, very cozy and comfortable. Loved seeing the mule deer that liked to stay under the deck and really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of sight-seeing. I even found time to read a few books that were in the living room.

What a great place to stay! My teenage son and I spent a wonderfully refreshing week at Pine Ridge. Great location, convenient to all we wanted to do and see. Mueller State Park was a favorite for daily hikes in a stunning setting. Florissant Fossil Beds, Garden of the Gods, Cripple Creek, the Air Force Academy, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and other Colorado Springs attractions were all very do-able from here. Drives to and from the cabin provided spectacular views and some wildlife sightings. There’s an excellent little grocery right there in Divide. The cabin is in a perfectly private setting with lots of trees. It’s very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to work in. The deck is large and inviting. Loved the hot tub. Saw deer each morning in front of the cabin. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful. He couldn’t have been nicer. We could have stayed another few weeks and not run out of things to do. It was the perfect place for us to curl up and read, play games, or watch a little TV when we were “home,” and the perfect place from which to head out for our daily hikes and adventures. I highly recommend this cabin!

What a great getaway! Beautiful area, beautiful cabin, well equipped, cozy, close to Cripple Creek/Divide. Owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. A great place to relax, unwind and enjoy some time away. Would definitely visit again.

We had a great time at Pine Ridge. The cabin is very well equipped and modern and we loved the hot tub. There is a spacious deck and the setting is very good. It is very quiet and secluded but still within easy travelling distance of local attractions. If we are in the area again we would certainly stay there again and will recommend it to anyone. The owners are extremely helpful and accommodating; they made the whole booking process and admin straightforward and easy.

This cabin is quite nice. I don't think the descriptions here do it justice. The views were incredible -- stars in your face at night, the fresh mountain air, the mountains and trees, the wildlife -- just spectacular. The cabin is very clean, new, and very well appointed. The folks who own it couldn't be nicer. It is obvious that they have gone out of their way (and still do) to make it a great place to spend a week or a month. There is so much to do; it is just impossible to describe; you'd need weeks or months to do a fraction of it. Get maps, go to the library, look for the out of the way places -- they are everywhere, and it is worth it. Find a way to double your time here. We had such a relaxing, comfortable, great time! Perfect spot!

We really enjoyed your place. Thanks so much for sharing your "little piece of mountain nature". We wanted to see snow and we did! It wasn't impossible to get around even though. My wife and I spent our 21st Anniversary at Pine Ridge and had an absolutely wonderful time. The accommodations were spotless and very cozy and the area attractions kept up us very busy. We especially enjoyed the spectacular views from the hot tub and the local wildlife. I would highly recommend this location to anyone desiring a peaceful getaway.

We really enjoyed staying in your cabin! What a perfect place for a retreat and getaway. We felt so at home, loved all your decorating touches and comfortable furniture and beds, the beautiful views and peaceful sounds as we sat on the deck, and relaxing in the hot tub staring at the stars - that was amazing. The kitchen was just right for us to stay in for a couple of meals, and you are not too far from restaurants when we felt like eating out. We also enjoyed some great trails at Mueller (State Park) - what a great location you are in. We would definitely like to return....
