Very nice unit. Had all the amenities promised and in excellent condition. Only negative was the narrow curved spiral staircase necessary to get into the unit. We were unaware of that before arriving and it made getting the luggage upstairs a real challenge.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

Hi to everyone reading this review. I first want to say, You can relax when you book with Carine! She is so honest and after speaking with her by phone or via emails my husband and I felt quite at ease booking her property at this Ocean Club Resort. She has a kind spirit and it shows. We just loved this studio condo. Upon entering on the ground level, there are 12 wooden sprial stairs going up to the second floor. It was like going up to a loft. Very cute with added charm. My jaw dropped entering this condo as it looks like it came out of a magazine. I had a great big smile on my face knowing we were going to be here for 8 days. I was in heaven! It is cozy, delightful, very clean and non-smoking :-). Carine's taste in decor is excellent and looks like it was created for a photo chute. This condo has everything you need and more. AC is available but we found the fan was more than enough. Warm breezes and sounds of the island made for a great night sleep. The grounds are immaculate and it was fun overlooking the pool, having breakfast & listening to birds chirp. As well as watching swaying palm trees and having dinner on our private patio. There is even a bar/grill on site which was an added bonus because when we landed we were so hungry after our flight that we had grilled burgars and enjoyed happy hour. When we went back to our condo we found it quite quiet and peaceful. A quick walk through the grounds and past the pool and Cupecoy beach is right there and quite pretty. There is even cotton growing on some branches along the cliffs walking towards the french side. Shopping is just a 5 min. walk from the condo to Porto Cupecoy which is very handy. I can't say enough, everything was perfect. We also received great advise from Carine for shopping, restaurants and activities. Cheri's Cafe is great! Visit Pinel Island and snorkle(best spot, I think) Mullet Bay(saw 6 cuttlefish), Baie Rouge and Dawn Beach(second best) were excellent! At Maho Beach watch planes land or take off and snorkle. Rent a car and go around the island. We did twice.Bought french pastries, enjoyed the sun, the views,turquoise waters and the kind hospitality of the islanders. Fort Lewis at Marigot Bay and Fort Amsterdam have great views along with history. A sunset cruise aboard the Lord Sheffield(pirate ship) is a must with great food and crew. My husband got to steer. Take the Rhino tour, Smile,laugh and go home with great vacation memories! We did for Carine is an ANGEL

Great vacation at Ocean Club Tropical Breeze Studio

Second time for us at this property and it keeps getting better. We had a great time. Studio has great high end ammenities and is very comfortable. It is perfect for a couple. Everyone was so great and very helpful. Close to beach and next to pool. Great value for money. Has an on site poolside bar and restaurant for those wanting a great breakfast or lite lunch. Great ribs on Tuesday nights too. Carine takes a personal interest and goes out of her way to please. She is very thorough with the information available on site and her recommendations for shopping, restaurants, and activies were very helpful. Also, she insists on a high standard of cleaning which is important to all guests. We like that it is a non smoking rental. We have been going to St. Maarten for over 15 years and this place has everything we need when we visit. We would love to stay longer!!! Thanks Carine. It just keeps getting better. Can't wait to come back next year. We highly recommend this property without hesitation for a great vacation getaway.

Our stay at Tropical Breeze Studio was everything we hoped for. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, our view of the pool area neet and Carrine's studio was well appointed and made us feel at home. I would return again and highly recommend to all.

Hi Carine, Thanks for helping us have a great vacation. Your place suited us perfectly. While many of the friendly people we met had great suggestions for places to go out and eat, we found your condo had everything we needed to eat in (we did find some of those suggestions though and they were great). The pool bar is operational this year and it was a fun place to gather for happy hour and/or supper....great ribs on Tuesday night. Your contact for the car rental was reliable and reasonable and we appreciated having it so we could explore all the beautiful beaches. Hope we are able to make it back there again.

firstly for those who are leery about doing business without meeting your counterpart, not to worry,Carine was in constant contact with us by email or phone to ensure a smooth transaction. the unit was much larger than expected, and the balcony was spacious.front desk people,Noreen&Cheryl were very helpful, as were security Wills& Elvis.we certainly enjoyed our stay in Carines unit!

Hi Carine, Just wanted you to know that we enjoyed our stay at your studio last month (Feb.). It was very well-equipped for cooking-in when the mood struck us even though there are several great restaurants nearby. Even though the pool area does not feature a bar, we found it to be very peaceful and relaxing to sit by the pool when we did not go to the beach. We often had breakfast on the private patio, and we appreciated the access to laundry facilities on the property.

We had the most enjoyable, comfortable stay at the Tropical Breeze Suite Studio at Cupecoy Bay Beach in St. Maarten. Our Whole experience there was great, the atmosphere of Tropical plants everywhere made our stay feel like Paridise. I would recommend this place to everyone! Great place!!

Wonderful Vacation!!! Carine Hope all is well with you! Had a great time staying at your studio last week. The weather was great everyday, rained only at night. Nights were so mild that at least half of them we slept with the slider open no AC needed. You have a beautiful place!
