Oversized built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a brand new queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, both have doors for privacy. A washer/dryer combo is in this unit. The unit has many extra's that will make your stay more comfortable!

I chose to buy my condo at the Summit because we have loved coming there for many years. It is a fun, active and beautiful place. Everything you need or want to do is there or nearby. Mostly, I love the people that come back year after year to enjoy their vacations!
The Unique Benefits at this
The Summit has so many great things! I love the two big pools and the two kiddie pools that stretch along the beautiful beach. The playground on the beautiful white sands is a wonderful new added feature that the kids love. I love having Bikini Bob's restuarant right there for a quick bite and fun staff. I think one of the most attractive things is that you can get out and enjoy walking to just about anything you want to do. There is Hammerhead Fred's right across the street, the Emerald Falls amusement park and Spinnaker's right next door that have a great teen night! There is something close by for everyone!

I am from Covington, GEORGIA! GO DAWGS! I love coming to the beach anytime that I can get away. Panama City Beach is a spectacular beach that is a short drive from Georgia. I bought my condo in 2007 at the Summit because of my personal experiences of staying there for many years! The Summit is the only place to be at in Panama City Beach!
