A wonderful time was had for our first trip to the Destin area as a family. Kent put any worries at ease for me as I was not familiar to the area nor any rental accomodations. His condo was exactly as described and he was very informative of all that was offered there at Santa Rosa Beach. We look forward to planning another trip to Santa Rosa Beach and definitely plan on renting his condo again! Thanks Ken for all your help and for allowing us to rent your home away from home!

This condo is a wonderful place from which to enjoy Santa Rosa Beach. Meticulously maintained and featuring a bright, welcoming, and extremely comfortable charm, the property is close enough to Destin to enjoy all the eateries and nightlife, yet far enough away to soak in the carefree, quiet and family-oriented appeal of Santa Rosa Beach. The unit's wrap-around balcony is an added plus; particularly since you can access it without going through the condo. Kent is very accommodating; he responds immediately to every question. We are looking forward to our return to "Our Gulf Place"!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great condo. Right across from beach. Wonderful place to ride bikes (bike rental on property). This unit has a very large balcony that you can access without going through the unit. Great place to store bikes, boards, chairs, etc. Also on property is a pizza place, sandwich and ice cream shoppe (Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor), nice restaurant, bank, drugstore, etc. This is my favorite area to visit at the beach. Kent is very accommodating. I would recommend this unit.

Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We had a great week in Santa Rosa Beach, and really enjoyed staying at "Our Gulf Place". We had some rain at the beginning of the week, but that just gave us a chance to enjoy the very comfy condo. The weather cleared up for the rest of the week, and we had plenty of fun at the beach and the two pools at Gulf Place. We were lucky enough to be here on July 4th, and the fireworks on the beach were spectacular. Can't wait to come back!

The condo was great! The fact that this unit is on the end was an added benefit as we had a wrap-around balcony! Our families had a wonderful Memorial Day vacation made possible by the comfortable and well equipped condo. We'll be back soon!

Everything you could ask for! Walk down one flicht of stairs, across the street and you're at the boardwalk! The unit is charming and had everything our family needed. The shopping area is very close by and there were restarants galore!

My family really enjoyed the use of your condo the week of July 1st.. The accommodations were everything we expected and more. The service preparing the unit is doing a great job, everything was very clean and organized. I hope we have the opportunity to come back again. It was our first family trip to the Destin area and we were delighted with the experience.

We had a very enjoyable time at your condo. The weather was perfect.The beach still had some problems from the hurricanes, but ther was still much to enjoy. The area is so beautiful and relaxing. I'm sure we will return.

We had a fantastic time on our vacation while staying at "Our Gulf Place". The unit was well equipped and comfortable. The beach is just across the street and is easily accessible from the complex. Pool and hot tub were very clean and especially refreshing in a relaxing environment. Great shopping and restaurants are within an easy walking distance. We plan to return next fall!

Your condo was extremely comfortable and the community was perfect. This was our first time with two small children, and the facilities and access to the beach were perfect. Santa Rosa Beach is a great place to get away from the crowds, but still be close enough to everything. Thank you for all of the tips and excellent directions. We look forward to returning and will recommend to others.

This condo, the views, and the beach exceeded our expectations. The water and sunsets were gorgeous. And the weather was perfect in November. We ate great seafood and enjoyed playing shuffleboard and using the hot tub on the premises. We just got back but already hope to return and have recommended this place to our friends.

Wow! What a great condo. We had a fantastic time. The unit was even nicer than we expected! We appreciated your obsession with good maintenance. We were a little leary of using the Internet, but you made the process smoothe and easy. Very organized, straight forward, and clear instructions. We have been to the Gulf many times, and now have found the ideal place to stay. Santa Rosa Beach is the perfect location. Very peaceful, but close to many activities. We found the the restaurant information in the unit to be very helpful. Lots of great places to eat very close by. We will definitely be back in this unit next year!!!

Our parting thoughts are " Why can't we stay longer." This was the first time that our entire family has been away in many moons, and it was terrific! We enjoyed sharing stories of growing up years with our sons, and watching our grandson get his first taste of the pool and the beach. He's hooked, so we will definitely be back!

What a wonderful week we had! It is so hard to leave.We would like to stay longer. We have met wonderful families. Our 6 year old son made several new buddies. Santa Rosa's quietness is nested between places to visit and things to do...but, Santa Rosa is what we will miss and can't wait to return to. Thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. We had a fantastic week, great weather, beautiful beach, & lots of fun. Your condo is great,very comfy,well equipped,pretty,and a beautiful view. Along with enjoying the beach and the pool, one of our favorite things to do was renting Kyacks from Moon Doggie's. The water was as clear as can be. We would definitely recommend that for a fun day. We also had fun fishing, shopping,and checking out Destin, and the cute little town of Seaside. I'm sure we will be back again, we hope whoever stays here has as much fun as we did!
