The best of waterside living at Port Royal Landing Marina Village, right on the intercostal Waterway (ICW). Dock your boat at the marina, eat at the restaurant on-site and sip a drink while watching the dolphins jump in the river, shop at the marina store, or ready your clubs for a day on the greens.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has a wonderful fenced-in back yard that is great for kids. Home has a fireplace for charm, and fully furnished for your needs. Many excellent restaurants are within 5 minutes, so are many cute shops and antique stores, and Parris Island is just down the highway 3 miles away.

Other Amenities	House is located in a marina village, so dock your boat at the marina, hop across the bridge for golf, eat at the restaurant on-site and sip a drink while watching the dolphins jump in the river and the boats at port.
Suitability	Pet Friendly Handicapped Accessible: This house is all on one level with no stairs. The only drawback might be that both showers are combined with a bathtub, so a step up and over is required. Kid Friendly: Enclosed back yard for their safe play. Smoking Not Allowed
