Our home is located at Bayside Resort, the award winning golf course community located just minutes from Fenwick beaches and close to the many Ocean City and Delaware golf courses.
Bayside Resort is located at the Route 54/20 intersection, close to the quiet resorts of
Bethany Beach, the excitement and nightlife of Ocean City and tax free shopping at Rehoboth Beach. There is something for everyone to explore.
The Bayside Golf Club is a Jack Nicklaus signature course with accolades such as Best New Regional Course by Golf Digest and a Top 50 New Course by Golf Week.
Resort amenities center around the Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center which has a 4,000 square foot outdoor pool with separate kids splash zone and whirlpool, and 5 Har-Tru Tennis courts. Other amenities include a Fitness Center, locker room, snack bar, playground and picnic area, game room featuring a shuffleboard table, foosball table and a PGA Challenge video arcade game. A second community pool just opened this summer within walking distance from our home.
Hourly beach shuttles run from Memorial Day to Labor Day to Fenwick Island beaches.
Plenty of space for the whole family is found in this 2850 square foot 5BR 4BA Laurel model home. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, new appliances, a microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Seating at the bar allows you to converse with family and friends in the kitchen while watching TV across the expansive 2 story living and dining areas.
This home is equipped with TV’s in each bedroom as well as in the living room and loft area which also have DVD players.
Bedding:
The Master BR has a king bed and a walk-in closet. The adjoining master bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate oversized bathtub. The 2nd bedroom on the first floor is equipted with a daybed and pop-up trundle which can be arranged as either a queen or two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleep sofa and full sized sleep sofa.
Upstairs the 2nd master suite has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and are great for kids. Each has bedding for 3 with a pyramid bunk bed and pullout trundle in one room and a twin bunk bed and pop-up trundle in the other. The loft area has a click-clack sofabed which can sleep 2 children or an adult. Adjacent to the loft is a porch so you can enjoy the morning sun or stars at night. A screened in deck on the main level has a table for alfresco dining as well as patio furniture for lounging.
Additional home amenities:
Ping Pong table, Adirondack chairs, Gas and charcoal grill, pool toys and some bicycles. A Community boat launch is available for Non motorized boats such as kayaks and canoes.
