This picturesque waterfront home in Rayburn Country features three bedrooms and two baths, hardwood floors, and a country feel.

Located just minutes from Umphrey's Pavilion and Boat Ramp, this deep cove is ideal for beaching your boat to come in for lunch. Come relax in the built-in hot tub on the large back deck overlooking a beautiful fenced yard with a coy pond and a trellis leading to the lake.

At night kids can stay busy playing air hockey and video games in our game room, while you relax in front of our big screen TV. You can take a break from fishing to enjoy a round of golf on Rayburn Country's beautiful 36 hole course located just down the street.

The town of Jasper features a Super-Walmart and is located just 15 minutes away, and there are several convenience stores even closer to the house. This home has everything you need to relax and get away from it all.

  • Very good location on the lake on quiet cove . Easy to find and very private. Back yard is awesome. House is in excellent condition. We will rent in future.

  • The home located in Brookland TX (Rayburn area )was very nice,nice floors and cold a/c ,kitchen and utility room,The master bedroom was very nice,the guest bath needed some attention,The house was clean and had ample room for my guest plus 2 boats and a jetski in the parking area,The back porch was good but needed new furniture,the old furniture was time to put down,The hottub was great. The back 40 as they say could have been mowed down and trees trimmed so that you could see the water,It is listed as water front in the add.All my guest said they really enjoyed the weekend that they stayed ,the house was great and comfortable. I recomend this property with a rating 8 out of 10 being good.
