Whether you're sipping tea in the sunroom or viewing sunsets from the observation deck right on Battery Creek you will enjoy everything about this beautiful Lowcountry home. Nestled right at the gateway to Parris Island and located in Historic Port Royal this home has all the charm you expect when you are in the heart of the Lowcountry.

This three bedroom two bath Lowcountry charmer sleeps ten-twelve easily and is newly renovated with hardwood floors and tile in the kitchen and baths. The open floor plan makes entertaining fun. This home has a large backyard right on the water with an observation deck overlooking Battery Creek and Parris Island. You will enter this home into an expansive foyer that leads you to the large living room that opens onto the sunroom through beautiful French doors; another set of French doors takes you from the living room into the open dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen is all new with Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. All your dinnerware, flatware, serving dishes, and small appliances such as coffee pot, toaster oven/broiler, microwave, blender, and mixer are provided as well as enough cookware to make any cook comfortable.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has one set of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and an extra queen bed in the room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that adds even more sleeping room for you. All linens and towels are provided for your stay.

You are less than one mile from the gate to Parris Island (the closest home for visiting families and friends of Parris Island graduates), one mile from the shopping and dining in historic Port Royal, as well as its network of walking trails, community beach (The Sands), boardwalk, observation tower, and the local YMCA. You are ten minutes from downtown Beaufort and twenty-five minutes from Hunting Island State Park. There is a public boat ramp only one mile from this home. Great fishing, crabbing, shrimping, and boating are all available on Battery Creek.

  • My family stayed in this beautiful, CLEAN home while we were in town for the graduation at Parris Island. This home was so convenient to the island and to everything else that we needed. The owner was wonderful to work with and we fell in love with the house. It is very spacious, well kept, and a super great value!!!! I heard so many negative comments about some of the hotels so I was delighted that we had been blessed to stay in such a lovely home. The backyard is awesome and there is even a little deck where you can go and sit and look at Parris Island. We loved it!!! I highly recommend not only this home, but renting from these owners because they are terrific!

  • We stayed in the "Beaufort House" for my son's USMC Graduation and it was absolutley perfect in every way! We had everything we needed, plus things I didnt realize we would need ;) The location is just breath taking and as close to Parris Island as you can get without answering to a DI! I only wished we could have stayed longer! THANK YOU for helping to make this the wonderful experience that it was!

  • We had family come visit us in Beaufort because they had a nephew graduating from Parris Island - the house was wonderful! It had lots of room and a BEAUTIFUL view looking across the water to Parris Island. The house was close to everything. They said they will be back! It was great for us, because we got to visit with them, but we went back to our own home each night.
