Welcome to Harbourside! Our third floor, corner unit can be accessed via Elevator or stairs and overlooks the Marina and Pool with westerly sunset views. Harbourside is located on Star Island in Boca Ciega Bay. Two lovely ponds and fountains grace our entrance and the tranquil, tropical, meticulously maintained grounds offer security (gated community) and an abundance of activities right outside your door step.

There is a 20,000 square foot Clubhouse with a large deck boasting a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi and the Clubhouse is a source of weekly and monthly events and parties. There is a Travel Club, water aerobics, card games, library, men's and woman's exercise rooms, sauna, shuffleboard courts (four), tennis courts (five), fishing pier, and several landings from which guest may enjoy water views and local wildlife...even a car washing area. A network of sidewalks weaves about the community and one and a half miles around the perimeter of the Island.

Enjoy a healthful, brisk morning walk or a leisurely sunset stroll around the island. A mere seven minute drive delivers you to a number of St Pete's white sand and blue/green water beaches. The 1500 square foot condo offers access from the Great Room and Master Suite to a large 150 square foot covered Lanai with rattan table and chairs and electric grill for you dining or relaxation pleasure.

Catch the morning sunrise from two windows in our remodeled "cook's delight" kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, ceramic flooring (foyer and kitchen), granite counters, casual snack bar dining, desk/workstation area and several serving/buffet areas. The Formal Dining is open to the Great Room and is designed for comfort, beauty, ease of maintenance, and of course; relaxation.

The large Master Suite hosts a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with vanity and tub/shower. And don't forget that View! The also large second bedroom includes two windows, a queen bed, walk-in shower and vanity bath, and lots of storage. The Savannah also has an "in unit" fully equipped laundry room. You are within minutes of beaches, golf, restaurants, places of worship, and fantastic shopping! You'll also be in close proximity to some of Florida's finest attractions (Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, Disney World, Sea World and more)! All in All, a Perfect "Home Away From Home"!
