Where do we start? The pictures on the page don't do this warm, wonderfully appointed house full justice. The rooms are exactly as described, only so so much more beautiful. Richard and Sandra's home is beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained and as most of the other reviewers have said, they have indeed thought of everything. It's in a safe neighbourhood and we didn't feel worried returning home late in the evening. It was lovely having two living rooms as it meant that I could watch all my 'girlie' programmes in one room and hubby could watch all the sports and news he wanted. Pure bliss! The weather in December wasn't quite warm - more like spring weather in the UK so we didn't use the outdoor grill but we will when we return. Yes, we loved our stay here that much that we do hope to return! Richard was a truly gracious host - excellent customer service. We had to re-arrange some of our car rental details when we arrived at the airport and this meant that we got to the home about half an hour late. Richard was very patient and I was feeling terrible as we had kept him waiting but he was very understanding. We found him to be very warm and easy to talk to - any request is quickly taken care of. Although he also lives in Las Vegas, we didn't see him at all during our stay - he really left us to enjoy the home and it was nice to know that he was only a telephone call away should we need help with anything in the home. In a nutshell- stop looking at other houses and book this one! It was our first time to book a holiday home and I'm so glad we chose this one. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, quick and uncomplicated. If you book this house, you won't regret it and you'll really enjoy Las Vegas from this base. It's quite central, not far from the strip and the major motorway that links you to all the other tourist attractions. Grocery nearby and Richard provides you with discount vouchers, take away menus, a guide of what's on in Vegas so you can plan what shows you'd like to see. We are really glad to have stayed here.

We had such a terrific time in Las Vegas and the location of Richards home was perfect. We were down on a golf excursion and didn't want to stay on the strip, although we spent each night there! We felt right at home in a very nice neighbourhood and central to all that we wanted to do. Groceries, restaurants, shopping and major routes were all easy to find. We liked having three rooms (very comfortable beds), laundry and the fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. Mike (Canmore, AB)

My 2 sisters and a friend stayed in this beautiful home in January 2012. Having previously stayed in hotels during our travel to vegas, this was our first experience renting a home. We were somewhat nervous going into the online world of vacation planning, but were very pleased we did. What a wonderful experience! Richard quickly responded to all my emails with questions I had on renting a home. Everything you needed was right there. The home was super super clean, beautifully decorated, and all the amenities you could ask for. It was a very quiet, family friendly environment (which we greatly appreciated). We would definitely stay there again. It was absolutely perfect!!! Thank you for sharing your home.

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed over Christmas 2011 and everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much Richard and Sandra. From my initial enquiry to the very fast return of my security deposit the whole process was smooth and easy. Richard and Sandra are the best vacation home owners we have ever encountered (and we have rented numerous times in Vegas). They had thought of everything (there were lots of touches in the house that you don't usually see - plenty of loo roll, tissues, kitchen roll, washing liquid etc and even a folding wheelchair, walking stick and baby high chair!) and Richard even posted me the local entertainment listing paper before we flew out. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Sandra met us when we arrived and showed us around (sorry we were rather dishevelled and jet-lagged!) and we were lucky enough to meet Richard on Christmas Eve when he came to check on the hot tub. A truly charming couple who really care about their guests. We had no cause to bother them while we were there as everything was great and we had no issues at all. The house is in a great location (Pebble/S Maryland) in a nice quiet neighbourhood with plenty of supermarkets nearby. We always stay in this south Vegas area as it is safe with good local amenities and an easy 10 mins to the Strip. The description of the property and the photos are 100% accurate and I now know why the reviews are universally good. My Mum has a big birthday in 2013 and I hope that Richard and Sandra will still be renting this house out as we would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making our Christmas 2011 so great!

Just what we were looking for

My husband and I have family in Las Vegas, and visit fairly often. Now that we have an infant, we decided to look into a rental home, rather than staying in a hotel or with family. From the very beginning, Richard and Sandra were quickly responsive, and it is clear that the two of them take their rental and its tennants very seriously. The house is clean and is exactly as pictured, the neighborhood is quiet and is not too far from major attractions (if that's what you are into), and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a bonus that they had a high chair and crib too! Highly recommended - we will stay here again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

My 2 sisters and I take a vacation to a new place every year. We chose Las Vegas but wanted a place where we could each have our own room. I found this listing and it looked and sounded good. The pictures and description of this home don't do it justice. It was emaculate. Everything was in great shape and it was beautifully decorated Richard stocked it with all the basics including laundry detergent. My family rents homes instead of staying in hotels. I can honestly say that I've not stayed in a home where so much attention was given to details. Richard left the spare keys and garage door opener for us. There was even pen and paper with the phone books. Coffee and tea with condiments was there for us. There was also information on Las Vegas left for us. The whole house was spotless. Pros: Location was very convenient to the Strip. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was shopping nearby. The owners were extremely professional and courteous. Cons: There were none. Would we stay there again? DEFINITELY YES. Would we recommend it? DEFINITELY YES. We wish Richard had properties in other parts of the country because we would definitely seek them out as we plan our next adventure. Thank you Richard for making our first visit to Las Vegas a wonderful experience. Wishing you much success.

Great place to stay in Vegas

My wife and I have been vacationing in LV for a number of years and previously have always gone the traditional hotel route, but this year due to the addition of our 1 year old child we felt we needed a bit more space and better facilities and took a chance on renting a property. What an eye opener this has been and made me realise we got it wrong all the previous years. The property was excellent - all the facilities we wanted, comfortable, clean and in a great location. It really is a "home away from home". Having the outdoor seating area was great also. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe - my wife exercises and didn't feel at all threatened running around the block even in the dark. We'll definitely considering renting this same house again when we next return.

A Place To Be - Peaceful, Clean & Beautiful Home !

A great place to be -- its a Home away from HOME ! Very clean & well- thought of by the owners on what is needed by the guests young & old. A quiet neighborhood. Close to the freeway, the strip & stores. In fact, I asked my best friend who lives in Vegas to check the area. Her old house was few blocks away & she definitely said Yes ! The place is cozy. My youngest who's 4 thought it is our new home & wants to stay there for good !!! We all had a great time. I would highly recommend this beautiful place. Can't wait to be back in Vegas again!

My husband, myself and my four teenagers stayed in this home on our visit to Vegas. We've traveled to Vegas many times and I can assure you that staying in a home is so much more enjoyable than a smoke filled casino---especially when traveling with children. This home was in a very peaceful neighborhood, had every amenity, and was extremely comfortable. The owners have given great care to make sure that every detail is cared for and everything from the beds and linens to the appliances in the kitchen are very good quality. It is beautifully decorated and has all the little extras. We give it our highest recommendation. Although it was not needed for us, the single level living would be a great benefit for anyone who needs it.

Perfect house, perfect choice

If you are looking for a house in Las Vegas this is the house! It was a very positive surprise for my family as the house is a lot better than the photos. Richard is very nice and greeted us very well. The house is very comfortable, clean, well equipped, quiet place and neighborhood. There is a garage for who is traveling by car, an excellent hot tub, clean towels and linens, a complete kitchen and the laundry helped us a lot. There is a videogame perfect for kids. They loved it! We had another experiences during our stay in the US and this was by far the best one. We definitely recommend this house and we hope to be back soon.
