  • Amy and I stayed at the house for four nights and enjoyed every second of it! The house is absolutely beautiful. Richard and Sandra have thought of everything for the house. There is nothing you could ever want for that you do not have at the house. The location is perfect and easy to navigate throughout Las Vegas from it.   • When the four of us walked into the house, all we could say was "WOW"! Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Strip, airport and lots of restaurants and shopping. Richard and Sandy provided everything we needed to be comfortable for our six night stay. We intend to come back again soon.   • This was a great place for us--5 friends having a mid-March reunion of our past college days. We each enjoyed having our own bed, and the house was very comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with towels, paper products, laundry items, coffee, spices, etc. It’s in a very nice neighborhood—quite safe and very quiet for sleeping. The hot tub was nice for relaxing. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a short drive away, and the Strip is just a few minutes away. Richard was well-organized and easy to deal with. This house was reasonably priced and a very good value.

  • We were pleasantly surprised how spacious and well layed out this beautifully decorated home was. The six of us never felt crowed. We were also very happy that Richard supplied everything! The home was fully stocked with all the paper products, coffee, laundry and dish washer detergent one would need. We were very comfortable. The home was also close enough to enjoy "The Strip", yet far enough away to avoid the traffic. We spent New Year's Eve there and loved the location. We would rent from Richard again and will definately recommend this home to our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful place to enjoy Las Vegas!

  • This is a true desert oasis. Terry and Sandra are perfect hosts. They are extremely conscientious, and value renter privacy. They answer all of your calls, but never, ever call upon you.The home is in a friendly neighborhood, and its located three minutes from I-215, the highway that makes all of Vegas available, My endorsement of this home is without reservation, Terry may release my telephone number to prospective renters for greater detail on the assets of this place to stay. -- Greg

  • This house was the perfect match for the four of us during our 4 day stay! Quiet neighborhood, easy access to all activities and well appointed surroundings. The house really felt like a home, away from home. Richard and Sandy have appointed their rental respite with excellent care to assure thier guests are comfortable. After a day of sightseeing or strolling "The Strip", we always entered our little haven with a smile on our face and woke up with that same smile in the morning!   • There is very little to add – the comments below are testament to the wonderful property this is. Although we had only a short stay of 4 nights, it provided exactly the ‘home away from home’ atmosphere we craved. The house is beautifully furnished and carefully appointed with lots of extras such as the dishwasher and spa to make life even easier and more relaxing. The high speed Internet was essential to us in organising ourselves further along our trip and to contact our families at home. Our daughter Erin, 3, loved the spa and was excited to find an unexpected gift from our hosts Richard and Sandy- a lovely little doll that Erin immediately anointed her ‘baby sister’. Such thoughtfulness and consideration go way beyond what is expected. Richard provided us with useful tips on the area and both he and Sandy maintain this property at the utmost peak condition. If you are considering staying in Las Vegas and you don’t want to stay on ‘the Strip’, then I couldn’t recommend any place more highly. My husband and I have travelled extensively throughout the world and this place was one of the most comfortable and well-appointed.
