  We had an excellent time! weather was beautiful, view was amazing. Theres so much to do and everything was so close to our hotel. I can't wait to go back!

  Myself and 3 teenage girls stayed in this condo over spring break and we loved it. It was big enough that we didn't trip all over each other and having the separate living room so we weren't always together in same room was great. Beds were super comfy & the condo was decorated very nicely. I can't say enough about the beautiful view of the ocean. To be able to wake up & step out onto the private balcony and listen to the waves was my favorite thing to do. The girls loved being right on the beach and also having multiple pools. The condo itself is far enough from the craziness on the strip that I didn't have to worry about their safety but still close enough to walk if we wanted. Will definitely be my first choice to stay when/if we return. Kim was super easy to communicate with and we really appreciated the welcome gifts that were waiting for us in the condo.

  Great view, being an end unit had a window by eating table. Very comfortable queen size beds. Very centrally located.

  This is a great place to kick back and relax. We loved the view and the location. There are restaurants, the boardwalk, shopping, entertainment, amusements and much more all within walking distance. Kim provided the linens and towels along with everything we could possibly need. We also enjoyed the welcome basket that Kim left for us. Sitting on the balcony on the 11th floor gave us a really good view of the ocean, the dolphins, and the parasailing. Renting from a private owner was definately a plus. Kim answered all my questions and was very helpful in planning my vacation. My family and I will definately return.

  The condo was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. The view from this unit was great! The Palms is in a great location where if you wanted, can walk to many restaurants, stores, the Boardwalk etc... When we come back to Myrtle Beach we will book again with "The Palms"

  We had a very nice stay. The unit had lots of personal touches that were nice. It had everything we needed. It was centrally located and in walking distance bars, restaurants and downtown. Advertised heated pool but it was really chilly. The Palms property itself could use some updating, painting and cleaning. All in all we were please with our stay.

  Now that our daughters are away at college, we really needed a family vacation. We had a wonderful week at this resort. Our place was clean and comfy. The kitchen is small but fine for making lunch and breakfast. I even cooked 2 dinners! The views out the window by the dining table was incredible. Although Myrtle beach seem to be crowded, we always had privacy on our balcony. There's so much to do, or just be lazy on the beach. We'll definitely be returning.

  We had a great girls week at this condo, Although a very cold week until the last 2 days of our stay, the condo was warm, and beautiful. We saw dolphins off the balcony. Of all the times ive come to myrtle beach, this was the first. The owners really made it feel like a home, with all the extras and we even got welcome gifts, the champagne and candy were great. Everything we needed was right there in the condo, we didnt have to worry about beach chairs, there was even a basket of things in the bathroom, like hairspray, shampoo etc incase you forgot to bring something. I would definately love to rent here again.

  My sister-in-law and I went with my daughter and her two girlfriends for their Senior Spring Break. The room was perfect, just as described; the girls thought it was super cute and loved it! The views from the room were awesome and for April, we had pretty good weather. Kim was great!! The room was clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the welcome basket that Kim made just for us. She was so friendly and easy to work with in making our time in Myrtle Beach just awesome. :)

  The condo was great, amazing view of the beach and ocean. Absolutely to die for, we watched the sun set and the moon rise every night. The sound of the ocean, its like your lying on the beach. The condo is stocked with pretty much anything you can think of, and more. Kim was great, and the welcoming gifts were awesome for the kids. We really enjoyed our week stay and we definitely come back again. Our kids did not want to leave the beach. Our first family vacation was defintely one for the record books, from the condo to the scenery everything was breathtaking..... I took a ton of pictures and we all have memories to last a lifetime... Plenty of activites for the kids, or just relax on the beach; its all great
