For a romantic get away, there is free HBO, an outdoor hot tub and a complimentary bottle of champagne. This unit has all new furnishings and 6 pillows per bed. We want you to feel pampered when you leave. This unit is in the heart of Myrtle Beach, near the Convention Center. Many attractions and restaurants are just a short walk away. There is a great Children's Museum nearby and Broadway at the Beach is just up the road.

There are two pools both indoor and outdoor and three jacuzzi's both indoor and outdoor. There is great lawn space to lay out on with beach chairs and umbrellas. If golf is your thing we have it on all levels from miniature to world class. Myrtle Beach is considered the golfing capitol of the South Eastern U.S.
Restaurants are every where and we have many award winning chefs and a great variety of cuisine's available.

Our unit contains a list of recommended restaurants with a description. Fishing is abundant on the beach as are supplies. Shopping is not just about outlets any more. Although we boast two huge outlets centers with bargains galore, this is not the only option. Colonial Mall has added an amazing Bass Pro Store that is well worth the trip. We also have the new Coastal Grand Mall.

Coming in 2008 there will be the Hard Rock Amusement Park, of national fame. There will be some new projects including Pottery Barn and PF Changs. If you want to catch a show we have a great host of theaters including Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, Midevil Times, Alabama and the Palace. Best of all, Your just steps away from long, sandy beaches. It only takes a few seconds to get down the elevator and wiggle your toes in the warm sand. For the adventurer there is parasailing and surfing.

For the more laid back there is beach combing for shells and shark's teeth. Our sand is perfect for making sand castles.   • Our stay was March 29 - April 4. The owners of this condo were so very welcoming and helpful. We didn't exactly have the best weather the entire week (approx 4 hours of sunshine), but we were together and away from work. The Welcome gifts were great! The complex was older than we thought and needed remodeled. The unit was decorated cute; however it needed better mattresses. The bathroom was very small and the floor sloped in the den, your views were fantastic from the den and bedroom. We enjoyed the murphy bed in the den the kids thought it was great! It was not 4 star however the owners are great and we felt for the money it was fine for our family. She even had beach music playing as we entered the unit. They do provide the extra touches to welcome you.

    We have been very blessed to have wonderful renters and we try hard to respond to any suggestions for improvement. Our January guests had mentioned the mattresses but we had no openings till Kim and Jeff checked out to get them in. They are top of the line and have an extra comfort layer. We also have 400 thread count sheets and fluffy towels.

  • My wife and I stayed here from March 1st to 28th and we had a nice time and we would return again.However,those who need luxurious accomodations may want to look elsewhere...and be prepared to pay quite a bit more. The building is not new and the indoor/outdoor carpeting should be replaced but the staff does a very good job of keeping it clean and the grounds are very nice. The pool and hot tub are right there and so is the beach so it is perfect for sitting out or walking. The unit was adequately furnished but nothing special and the quality of the pots and pans and cutlery could be improved upon. The unit is fine for a couple or a couple with a couple of kids but would not be suitable for two couples. Kim was very easy to work with and this rental offered very good value for the money.   • Our stay was from October 12-19, 2007. What a great view from this 11th floor corner condo! You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise over the ocean, and watch the sun set over the city from the bedroom window. You can sit at the dining table and see the beach through the window. You can walk to one of the best seafood restaurants we have ever been to anywhere - The Sea Captain's House. A few other restaurants are within walking distance also. We have rented quite a few houses on vacation in Florida, but I must say that this condo had more extra touches than any vacation rental we've stayed in. The welcome basket was the extra special touch. The condo was very clean, and you can tell that the owners want to make your vacation extra special. We were able to totally relax.
