Panoramic 360 degree Ocean and Mountain Views. Just 15 steps across the road to the beach. Brand New Wooden Fence and Gate encloses the property. Wrap around covered Lanai. 2 car automated Garage with spacious Paved Car Port as well. Guest can park up to 5 cars on the property, inside the gate
Bright, Cool and Airy Home with Big Windows and Ceiling Fans all through the house. Ocean and Mountain Views from all 5 bedrooms. Amazing 6 inch thick Solid Wood Dining Table that Seats 10. Spacious Living Area and Hardwood Floor Upstairs and Stone Tile Floor Downstairs. Downstairs has its' own Livingroom/Dining room with a big Ocean View Bedroom and a separate bathroom. Lush Carpeting in all bedrooms.
Upstairs Master Bedroom has a king size teak wood bed, walk in closet, jacuzzi bath, his and her vanity wash basin with a Private Entrance from the lanai. Granite counter-tops in all kitchens and bathrooms. Exotic Teak and Rottan Furnishing also Brand New high quality Appliances and Fixtures throughout the house. Downstairs features one Large Bedroom, Living Area/Wet Bar. Also downstairs is a Two Car Garage and off of the Garage is the 5th Small Bedroom. This very small bedroom is a bit apart from the other bedrooms and is next to the Extra Large Laundry Room with it's own Bathroom/Shower... Perfect for after the beach rinse off.
Nearby attractions: Polynesian Culture Center is only 2 minutes away.100 yards to 7-11 Convenience Store and the Hauula Beach Park . 150 yards to Hauula Shopping Center... Korean Bar-B-Q , Hawaiian Seafood Restaurant, Tamura's Super Market, Dominos's Pizza, Post Office are near by. Further down south is the Chinaman's Hat Beach Park, Kualoa Ranch, Kahana Bay, Macadamia Nut Farm. Ten minutes away north are the Turtle Bay Resort (World Class Palmer and Fazio Golf Courses), Kahuku Shrimp Truck and the Laie Point. Excellent value for the money! Avery nice location and excellent accomodations but the best part is Bill (the owner) who is a dream to work with ! We will be back.

Dear Bill, We want to thank you for making our trip to Oahu so comfortable. The house was so GREAT and CLEAN that made us felt like a home away from home. The nice breeze that blew in when we opened the windows created the feeling that we were always on the beach. Bill is so nice to let us check out any time we want while we have a night flight. My family and I just stayed here, recently. We cannot say enough about how lovely it is, and YES, the listing photos ACCURATELY reflect EVERYTHING about this house. It was so spacious for all my family members, who just LOVED everything about it. Morning sunrises from the porch cannot be overstated, and the sounds and smell of the Pacific are absolutely soul stirring. The breezes created by the tradewinds are amazing, and you might even find yourself a little chilly!! Walking to the nearby convenience store for morning coffee was a joy, and the variety of places to eat are endless, appealing to all palates. The local grocery store was great for shopping, despite some initial sticker shock. (Remember, everything is imported!) We definitely partook of all cuisines that are Hawaii, and enjoyed them all!! The close proximity to a cultural landmark was one main factor in choosing this rental. It's less than five minutes up the street, making for a quick commute home after a long, but thoroughly, enjoyable day. I had local family members visit (and to meet my immediate family), and they also were impressed with the house and everything about it. I am sure they will spread the word to their friends. The furniture is absolutely gorgeous, and was a hot topic of conversation. The house is truly stunning, and we did NOT want to leave. Very impressive! The beach across the street offers various activities to tourists and locals, alike. We were downwind of a beach party, and would have loved to invite ourselves just to taste the ono kind grindz :-) I took the youngest family member to the beach across the street, and she just loved it. She enjoyed throwing kukui nuts into the waves, and watching them return to the shore. She had so much fun that she just did not want to leave, until her Papi and Mommy came to get her. Bill was an absolute gem to correspond and chat with, being attentive and responsive to my inquiries, and so very patient with the drawbacks of trying to do business in different time zones, and with dropped cell phone calls. He is so generous, and exudes the aloha spirit that pervades the islands. I am lucky to have found this rental!! I wholeheartedly, 100% recommend this rental--and Bill--to anyone and everyone seeking a place to stay on O'ahu. I can guarantee you will create fantastic, lifelong memories for you and all family members.

Dear Bill, We want to thank you for making our first trip to Oahu unforgettable! We've stayed in Kauai and Maui before and this was our first trip to your island. We have always stayed in hotels and condos before and this was a first attempt to rent a vacation property. We were a bit nervous but there was no need. Your home had EVERYTHING we needed and then some. The views were spectacular as well. In front of us was an enjoyable view of the ocean and behind us was a breathtaking view of the mountains. We loved the balcony and spent most of our mornings and evenings talking about how much fun we were having. We all got closer as a family and the center of it all was your home. It was plenty spacious for the 10 of us not to crowd each other. We love to cook too so we enjoyed your beautiful kitchen with upgraded appliances and enjoyed our meals at the beautiful crafted table that was large enough to fit us all. Everything was immaculate and there was the perfect amount of furniture to keep us all comfortable. My daughters... Ok and us adults too had a blast using the boogie boards and other beach toys you provided. We all became kids again, including the grandparents. When we come home to our island retreat, we would open up the windows and we cannot say enough about those Island breezes. I thought Oahu would be just another Island to check off on our list of islands to see, but now we cannot stop talking about going back. We know where we'll be staying when we do. OMG! Great place for family. Great view 360 degree between ocean and mountain. We love the place and of course wanted to return soon. The owner made us feel like at home and so great to us! The place is super clean. Each room is very space and great view! Highly recommended to any family. The area is great! WE LOVE the place! We will be back and stay here. The beaches are very close. A few local great places to eat. I already recommended to my friends and staff about this place! Thank you Bill for the best welcome and services! Thu and family
