This fabulous Four Bedromm / 3 Bath 'Siesta Beach Treehouse' is located just one block from the beach. No need to drive or park. It is a Two Story Single Family with a large Master BR with Jacuzzi, Den with Cable TV and FIREPLACE, Full Kitchen & Master Bath. Screened sitting decks both in the front and rear of the upper floor. Downstairs has 3 separate Bedroms and 3 Baths with Efficiency Kitchen, and view of the Pool. Third Floor Garden 'party deck' overlooks the 'Siesta Key Tree Canopy' and has a covered dining area with BBQ.
The Pool has a raised deck with dining table and a 'walk in' shallow entrance with an in pool seat and Waterfall. Plentiful parking with shaded RV area with hookup available. Outdoor 'hot' shower when coming back from the Beach. You will not find such a private, clean, convenient, & accessible spot on Siesta Key.
Walk ditectly tohe the quaint 'Siesta Village'. ( 10 minutes)

Christmas in Siesta Keys

We booked this property for our family of 10+. Little did we know that two of our daughter's would have babies this past year and both are wonderful additions to our family. We had plenty of room for all. The suite with the kitchen and bath were used by my daughter's family and the rest of us took over the remainder of the house. We had plenty of room. Spent morning by the pool and afternoons at the beach. We cooked on the grill most nights and had long fun conversations on the roof top deck. The neighborhood was quite and friendly. Seista Keys was a very nice location. We were within walking distance to the beach and the Village. Joe's taxi service was wonderful for those nights you didn't want to walk back from the Village. We shopped at Publix rather than the Village because prices were better and we were feeding 8 but the Village was convenient if we needed something quick. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and bars with bands most nights. Fun! I can't say enough about the beach. Absolutely beautiful! We've been to many tropical beaches and Seista Keys by far was the best. We hope to go back again some day. I'd recommend this property and location to anyone. We had fun during our 1st Christmas in warm weather.

Because of the age span of our group (22yrs-59yrs), we looked for a place that would satisfied all of our needs and interests and I must say that we were delighted with our stay. The house was perfect with lots of space for 8 adults and we enjoyed many evening dinners on the rooftop as well as quick dips in the pool after morning runs on the beach. The house was a short distance from the beach and village and we felt completely safe during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful but when the young people wanted a little action they walked or rode rented bikes into town-Robin Hood Rental has reasonable rates and great kayak tours too! Mayaka State Park is also close by and offers great hiking and alligator sightings. Thankyou Bob and Susan for sharing your property with us.

If it's room you need DO NOT pass this one up. It is huge, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the first floor and 1 bedroom and full bathroom on the 2nd level with full kitchen, eating area and living room. Plenty of room to spread out. One block from beach access and within walking distance to the Village. Some excellent restaurants close by, even found an authentic Italian restaurant over the bridge on the main highway. The other place that we always visit when we are in the vicinity is St Armands. Very nice shops and restaurants. Once you visit St Armands you want to return. The Crab and Fin is our favorite. Owners are great. they met us when we arrived and showed us around. Our deposit was refunded promptly. One person in our party had to be in a wheel chair and we found a device for her at the beach that had huge wheels with arms that were floatation devices so you could take in into the water. The Siesta Key Beach is beautiful... If you are adventurous, drive to Everglade City for a great lunch at a spot on the river and then take an airboat ride through the mangroves. Close to sundown take a sunset cruise, heading toward the Gulf. The waterfoul is spectacular. It is a drive but worth every mile...

I hope everything was in its proper place. We didn't have any problems with anything and truly enjoyed the location of your home. Other than a couple of the nights being a little cooler than expected all in all it was a great vacation. Thanks again and hope to get down there again in the coming year. We just got hit with 8 inches of snow today and the temperatures in the teens. Maybe I should have booked Christmas too! We just received our $500 security deposit in the mail.

Bob & Susan Siegel, We cannot thank you enough for the use of your fabulous home to stay prior to our wedding. The ceremony on Siesta Beach was breathtaking at sunset. Our parents were amazed at the spacious accommodations and the great rooftop dining area. The stars at night are breathtaking. We will return next year for a family vacation.
