The two bedroom lock-out is a spectacular direct oceanfront condominium. The condominium can be rented as a 2 bedroom, or two complete one bedroom condominiums. Both have kitchens, living rooms (with queen sleeper sofas) washer/dryer, and high speed wireless Internet master bedroom in has a king bed and large relaxing jacuzzi tub with window overlooking the ocean. The living room has sliding glass doors out to the balcony which look out over the beach, ocean, and historic band shell. The bedroom has 2 double beds, queen sleeper sofa, with it's own private bathroom, tub - shower , the kitchen has full size appliances pots - pans with all cooking untensils included. This unit is perfect for a 2 family vacation as per each can be together and have there own private ocean accommodations.
For the entire family, this resort is a watery paradise, whether you opt to play in the pools - there are three outdoor heated pools - or run into the waves. There's a water slide and a " lazy river " where kids ( and adults ) can float lazily along on tubes . One pool includes an interactive , aquatic island playground. Ocean Walk beach is car-free and kid-friendly.
Since the resort is right on the sand, it's easy to make quick runs to your room throughout the day, for snacks or breaks from the sun. Indoor and outdoor putting greens, a fitness center, game room and programs for both kids and adults ( including the pleasant - sounding "ladies pampering days" ) round this resort out.
Just south of the resort is the historic Coquina band shell, which often hosts free concerts. If you're gutsy , strap yourself into one of the scream-inducing thrill rides at the DAYTONA BEACH PIER. Situated next to the famous Daytona Beach band shell, you can enjoy frequent concerts presented by well-known artists, numerous special events, and athletic competitions that continue to make Daytona a popular destination.
A short walk up the boardwalk to the pier allows for fishing, a gondola ride or some great food. Walk across the street to Daytona Lagoon, a water park that's fun for the entire family. It includes a go-cart race course and a state of the art video arcade.

We love this 2-bdrm rental. Although our group was initially skeptical about booking through online private rentals - everything turned out perfect. Joe was more than accommodating by allowing us to stay in-between weeks and giving us a great rental rate! We were sad to leave and would love to book this condo again!!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the beach and pools down below! And the price was just right!!! We plan on going once a year and staying at one of Mr. McMenanmin's condo's every year.

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful time. The rental was everything it said it was,which was a huge relief . The only complaint at all was that since you are renting from the owners, the complex doesnt help you out if you need extra toilet paper or towels,but there are stores close by to fill those needs. I would most definately stay here again anytime.

I stayed at Ocean Walk October 23-27 and was pleasantly surprised as to all the amenities it provided. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definetly stay there again.

My family and I stayed a week at the Ocean Walk...could not have had a better time and a nicer place to stay. Everyone was very friendly. The condo we stayed at was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Everything was right there and all the accomodations were exceptional...the layout was great! Our balcony was really nice...overlooking the pool areas and the ocean view was exceptional. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Looking forward to staying here again next year...if not sooner. Sonia was very helpful with our many questions and we appreciate all she did for us. Thanks again!!!
