Sunset Island is a private, gated 37-acre island community on Ocean City, Maryland’s bayside at 67th Street with private beaches, pools, shopping, fishing, boat marina and more. The community offers the best of all worlds: exclusive bayside vacation rental homes with boat slips that are only two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Combine the water, beaches, beach café and newly opened corner store and you’ll never have to leave the island during your vacation retreat!
The home is a 5 bedroom home in the sense that there are 4 bedrooms with a bed and a closet. The 5th bedroom has a futon in it and a closet across the hall from it. There is also a queen sofa pull-out bed in the family room.
The bedroom layout for the home is as follows: 1 master bedroom with a king bed and private full bathroom with double sinks, a shower and a soaking tub, 1 loft bedroom with a king bed and private full bathroom with a single sink and a shower, 1 bedroom with a queen bed & 1 bedroom with a double bed that share a full bathroom with a single sink and a shower/tub combo in the hall, 1 bedroom with a futon (double) day bed on the first floor, 1 queen sofa pull-out bed in the family room. In addition, there are 2 half bathrooms in the house; one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The townhome has 4 levels.
This townhome has two decks on the front of the home that are perfect for watching sunsets over the bay. The private loft balcony provides the perfect quiet retreat. This home is fully equipped with new furnishings, appliances, tile flooring, flat-panel cable televisions, DVD players, a 50" plasma HD TV and washer & dryer. With over 2,500 square feet of living space, this 5 bedroom, 3.5.5 bathroom townhouse is the perfect vacation getaway!
The entry level features a private study/bedroom with french doors. The laundry room is conveniently located on the entry level and an outdoor shower is also available. The second floor features an enormous great room, a powder room, an oversized gourmet kitchen, and a dramatic morning room. The third level features a luxurious owner's suite with a soaking tub, separate shower, double-bowl vanity and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath complete the third level. The fourth level loft includes a private sundeck, full bath and walk-in closet. The townhome features a two car garage as well as a parking pad for two more cars.

The Corner Store is located directly next to the house which makes it easy to grab a coffee or espresso in the morning. The close proximity of the outdoor & indoor pools and the club house is very nice also

I have owned 2 Corner Store Lane since the Summer of 2006. I pride myself on offering the best rental experience within Sunset Island. This home is set up like a true second home and you will feel this from the moment you enter the home. From the fully stocked kitchen that is ready to accomodate any meal that you would like to prepare to the living room area with the 50" HDTV this vacation home will feel like your home while you are here.

William, We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to experience such a fine weekend on the island with the Bay to our right and the Ocean to our left we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! And your home was fantastically awesome! It is the most equipped rental I have ever experienced and it was so beautiful we all felt right at home! We had a 3 year old with us and she enjoyed it just as much as we did which was a blessing, because she is always on the go so it worked well with all the games. Her favorite was the "TREASURE CHEST" on the forth floor, she struck it rich when she opened the chest and seen all the jewels, her exact words were "wow, grandma and mommy come here! look what I found!" it was so sweet and like the chest was full or treasure so is your home, thank you for that! We visited the beach and the bay and had a wonderful wonderful time! We will certainly be back! With much thanks, Hope, the girls and baby!

My family and I would like to tell you what a wonderful time that we had while staying at you home in Ocean CIty. The accomodations were top notch as well the rest of the facilities of Sunset Island. Everything was truly beautiful there. Your directions were spot on and we had no problems. Thank you so much for renting to Joe. I speak for my family and my sister and brother in laws in that we all truly loved our time there and hope to be back again.

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the 2 Corner Store Lane beach house! It has all amenities that ANY family could possibly ask for, not to mention great decor, comfy furnishings & beachy-theme to round out the package. We will continue to stay here each & every chance we get! Since the house is so spacious, we love to come on the "off-season" as well, especially since there are year-round restaurants & the indoor mini-golf/arcade walking distance away! We love it & so do our children (ages 2 & 5). Thanks!

Your home is beautiful & so roomy! My family & I truly enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate - we found many things to do in the area! Thanks for letting us raid your home - would definitely recommend to stay here to teh rest of our family & friends. The kids especially love the interactive fountain! Everyone had so much fun!

We had a wonderful stay! The pictures did not do this place justice! The loft bedroom was like a second master suite & the kitchen was a cook's dream come true. What a wonderful way to end the summer.

We very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Everyone had lots of room and yet privacy when needed. The kids enjoyed all of the facilities (pools, bay, and beach). The hosue was close and very convenient to everything (shops & splash mountain). The weather even cooperated most of the time as can be seen by our sunburns. We hope we can return next summer. Have a great year and thank you again for everything!!
