Why the Owner Chose Mauna Kea
We purchased this condo because of its amazing view, location and quality. There is easy access to the Hapuna Beach Prince and the legendary Mauna Kea Resort/Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Staying at Wai'ula'ula is very relaxing. There is much less "vog" because of the almost daily year-round trades. The pace is much slower. There is not much traffic (i.e. Mauai/Kauai/Kona and you are close to some unique activities (Mauna Kea Observatories, ATV sightseeing of Waipio Valley, snorkeling, hiking, farmers markets that have only island grown local produce and of course, Kilauea Volcano. We believe it's cleaner and less populated than down south.
