WHAT A GREAT PLACE FOR A FAMILY VACATION, THE CONDO WAS PERFECT! EVERYTHING WAS THERE TO MAKE YOU VERY COMFORTABLE,AND THE VIEW IS AWSOME,WHEN WE RETURN TO THE GULF SHORES AREA WE WILL ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE!

As our family had not taken a strictly family vacation in...well...EVER...we decided that Gulf Shores would be the destination. After searching several listings we decided that this one at the Mustique had everything we could ask for. Needless to say, we were not disappointed! The condo was huge and better than advertised; the views of the Gulf from the front balcony and the lagoon from the back were worth the price alone. We were a very short walk away from the beach (there was rarely any traffic as we crossed to the boardwalk), and the rest of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach were just a few minutes away. The kids loved the outdoor pool, fishing in the lagoon, TV's in each bedroom, the indoor pool...I could go on! The kitchen was well-appointed and allowed us to have family meals together when we didn't feel like eating out. The security staff was friendly, the area was quiet (aside from a few left-over spring-breakers in the house across the street, but they were not a problem), and we met some really interesting people. Would we stay here agan...absolutely!

We loved the condo, we were two families staying together and there was plenty of room for all. Very spacious bedrooms and fabulous views. Also, very easy access to the beach with own private boardwalk. Plus, everything was supplied except food & beach towels! We will definitely stay here again & would recommend to all of our friends & family!!!

Greatest Vacation Ever

Our family was there the last week of June 2011. I must say when we walked in and saw how beautiful the condo was we were all speechless. Every room is decorated so beautifully and the views are awesome. Spending the day on the beech watching the dolphins play and just totally relaxing. Then our son-in-law who should be a chef preparing his fabulous dinners. We will definitely be going back next year and want to thank the owner who's name I'll leave off but I did get to talk to her was so wonderful. I highly recommend you renting this condo but please leave us a week.

All the Comforts of Home

We have been vacationing in the Florida Panhandle (Destin) for 10+ years and this is by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed at (in Gulf Shores or Destin). There were 3 couples and 4 children and there were beds for everyone and plenty of room to roam. A very modern and luxurious layout and design made for a great week. This is our first time not being on the beach and we didn't even know the difference with the short walk and the spectacular views. The weather was a little spotty so we utilized the outdoor and indoor pools. The gas grills were great, the ice maker in the kitchen was over the top, we had a blast whipping up meals together and when we sat down to eat there was enough seating for all 10 of us at the table. Just perfect for our family. Thank you Amy for such a wonderful retreat and allowing us to create lifelong memories. Hope to come back soon, if not in 2012 then 2013.

A friend, whom I have known since early childhood, and I stayed the entire month of October and invited our families for a week, with the remainder of the month being split with different friends whom we have known most of our lives. Without exception, everyone expressed such nice things about the unit itself and its wonderful location on the beach, close to everything but yet away from the crowds. There were a number of days the condo was completed filled with family or friends but no one felt crowded due to the spaciousness and layout of the unit. The indoor pool, sauna, exercise room, as well as the hot tub were used during the month and added to our enjoyment. Regarding the unit itself, the listing description was very accurate in all areas, but the unit was even better than what the listing photos reflected. The owner was extremely helpful in answering our questions and concerns, especially since we booked months before the oil spill occurred. The beaches were/are beautiful. We enjoyed attending the Shrimp Festival as well as other activities and restaurants. As far as recommending this unit, alI that came this year have already stated they want to do it again in 2011, and we are in the process of booking it again for next October. As you can tell, there was no disappointment with our stay, and will return every opportunity we have. This unit is a jewel in the sun.

This is by far the best condo I have ever stayed at in Gulf Shores or the Florida Pan Handle. It has tons of space with resort-like amenities. It has a modern and luxurious design with all the creature comforts - this is not your white wicker furniture condo! Well worth spending a little extra money to relax on vacation! The pool was great for my 3 small children and the walk to the beach is extremely short. Being on the eleventh floor, and nothing obstructing your views - you have beautiful panoramic views of the beach and lagoon at front and back of the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! Beautiful views, proximity to beach, indoor and outdoor pool, workout room, etc. The unit is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is stocked with items you would need to cook for a group. The 2 master suites provide plenty of room (including sleeping room for children in the closet). We were very happy with our stay here.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We had 5 adults and 3 small children, and there was enough room for everyone to be very comfortable. The kitchen is the nicest I've had in any beach rental, with so much space and just about everything you need on hand to cook and enjoy yourself. We could see the water from every window (beach on front, and lagoon in back) and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room really allowed for some nice views. We were so excited the first time we walked into the unit because it really is just so gorgeous. It was great having bathrooms in each room, especially the spacious one in the master! If you have young children, the kids' room is also a big plus. We would recommend this unit without reservation and would absolutely stay here again if we vacation in this area." Stephanie H.

This condo is fantastic. Our family had the pleasure of staying over the 4th of July. In the past, we have stayed in the Panama City Beach area and decided to make a change. I am so glad we choose this condo. Amy, the owner, is a doll to work with, everything went smoothly from the moment we stepped off of the elevator. Each room is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was a dream! If you are looking for a perfect family get away-look no further, this one has it all.

The condo was a great place for our family to stay. We had 6 adults and 4 youth boys and one young toddler. The bedrooms were a perfect fit and the boys were truly happy in their own room. The kitchen is fantastic! Our family get togethers usually always include restaurant trips however everything we needed to cook was available so we ended up cooking in house all week. Bruno's had all the groceries we needed and it could not have been better. The beach was a nice refreshing short trip from the condo. We rented 2 sets of chairs and beach umbrellas that worked out well. The condo was clean which is very important to me and they had everything available for me to make it even cleaner everyday. On the beach we could not really get away from the sand so I kept busy vacuuming. The week was terrific all around! We would have been thrilled to have a large grill to use outside for grilling meat but we made do inside. Thanks!

Amy, Our "girls get together" last week was so much fun. Six of my high school girlfriends and I stayed in your beautiful unit, and had a wonderful time. Your condo is very tastefully furnished, has everything one could ask for, and the views are fantastic. Everyone is looking forward to reserving your unit for their family vaction this summer.

1/12/09 "Highly recommend a stay at this wonderful condo (Mustique 1102). Our month went way too fast. Christmas was the best ever as all ten members of our family were together and everyone had a GREAT time. The view is spectactular, the beds are so very comfy, the kitchen has absolutely everything you need, plenty of dishes, glasses, and flatware, and cook ware and the icemaker kept the non-stop party going and the condo is so hugh we didn't feel like sardines in a can. Kids and adults alike loved the pool and hot tub, workout room, steam room and sauna, and the beach. My daughters and I were really surprised at how well the condo is furnished, right down to the art work. But, what really made it a memorable stay was the owners - they are the greatest." So, if you are looking for a LARGE, comfy, well appointed place to stay where you are treated as a "friend" instead of just another renter by a big rental company - STAY AT MUSTIQUE 1102!!!! This condo is sooooo nice! It is like being at home. The rooms are so spacious and the kitchen is from heaven. We really enjoyed our winter get a way here, and are looking forward to our summer vacation here with the beach and the bay. Kristina

My family had such a great time during our Spring Break Visit to Mustique. This condo is SO, SO nice! The views are incredible from every bedroom and the kitchen was hard to leave. We were so surprise by how well it was furnished and we had everything we needed. You will not be disappointed. We were afraid to not be on the beach but the view of the beach is GREAT and the sand is just a very short walk away. The outside pool is VERY NICE!! Thanks for a great time!

Look no further! Even though the weather was less than great, the condo with all it’s amenities made up for it. The beds were great, the kitchen very workable, furniture was comfortable, and the view was terrific! We’ll be back!

When we saw this condo on the website we knew it was the one we wanted to stay at. We needed plenty of room for three couples. Your condo was even more grand than we had anticipated! When we walked in we were blown away with the decor and layout. The views were amazing and the walk to the beach was nothing! Thanks so much for all the thought put into all the amenities. We had everything we needed and more. We would definately like to stay here again and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone needing a lot of space! Ohhh, and I forgot to mention the cozy beds- they were divine! Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your condo!

Amazing! We were blown away at the location, view, amenities, and decor of this condo! The kitchen is the BEST I have ever seen in a condo! It is so well stocked by the owner - I was never in need of a kitchen tool, dish, pan, etc. the whole week! The kitchen is SO big that several of us could easily cook together...and you still felt a part of the family. The open floor plan is fantastic! The views are breathtaking - love the floor to ceiling windows. I could go on and on!!! Great communication from the owner on everything to make the week run even smoother! The condo was beautiful and location was excellent, there was lots of room for all ten of us. We really enjoyed the pools and the private beach access. Plan on going back next year! Best vacation spot for families we have been to yet!

The condo is beautiful and extremely comfortable and very well furnished. Loved the kitchen! From anywhere in the kitchen/family room looking to the Gulf, it looked like we were in a luxury suite on a cruise liner. We would love to come back!

WOW ! That is an understatement. We have a large family that requires large accomodations. We have rented condos from Hawaii to Myrtle Beach. MUSTIQUE 1102 is THE FINEST condo we have ever stayed in. THIS IS THE 'UBER-CONDO'! Yes, it is large and they have thought of everything a FAMILY could want in time away. Exceptionally decorated and very clean. With teenagers you need some 'room to be private' but also importantly one seeks those 'family gathering areas'. This condo has both. The beach view is incredible and very private compared to other condos or public beaches. Quick access to restaurants - either walking to on beach or driving. The sunrises and sunsets from the 3 bedroom private balconies are 'memory makers' for your family. We will be back in 2008. A+ in every way. Exceeds expectations.

Our first visit to Gulf Shores was wonderful! We were very impressed with the Mustique condo and loved the laid back location. The beach was great and fishing from the pier on the lagoon was lots of fun! The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable for our large family. We can't wait to go back and stay there again!
