This villa home is located on one of Crown Colony’s largest lakes and provides a spectacular view of the lake and a variety of wild-life that visit the lake constantly (including an occasional bald eagle). Crown Colony Golf & Country club is an exclusive private gated golf course community featuring villas, carriage and estate homes. The Country Club is a members only private country club. Residents of the community must join the Country Club to use the club and golf facilities.

The golf course is a beautifully maintained 18-hole Championship course, designed by Ron Garl, with an elegantly decorated club house. The club house features formal and casual dining, casual grille, bar and well-stocked pro shop. Guests using the villa will have full use of the club house and golf course through the use of the owners' membership in the Golf and Country Club. In addition to privileges at the club, guests will have reciprocal privileges at 35 other similar golf clubs in the Fort Myers and Naples area.

In addition to the amenities offered by the country club, guests using the villa will have access to 5 lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, and a large common community pool and hot tub. These facilities are for all residents and guests at Crown Colony at no extra charge.

This home has a spacious, open, floor plan with 12 ft ceilings and ceiling fans throughout. The living room is appointed with a sofa (sleeper) and an overstuffed chair, an entertainment center, with a 28 inch TV, and DVD/VCR player. Full sliding doors open onto the lanai at the rear of the house. The lanai is furnished with a wicker sofa, coffee table and chair. The lanai is separated from the pool/spa area by a gated fence. The entire pool/spa and lanai are completely screened in. Guests of the villa have access to a full assortment of pool rafts and floating chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a double sided refrigerator with water/ice maker, breakfast bar with stools. The breakfast room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a table for four with a view of the lanai, pool/spa and lake. Opposite the breakfast room is the den with a pull-out sofa and TV. The master bedroom has a king sized poster bed with night stand, an armoire with TV and a private door to the lanai, pool/spa area. In the master bedroom there is a large walk in closet with cedar lined closet organizers. The master bath has his/her vanities, a separate tub and enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet with cedar lined closet organizers, 2 dressers and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds and a dresser, a walk-in closet with closet organizers.

The home is equipped with ADT security system, in-home stereo/CD player with speakers both in the living room and on the lanai. The pool is controlled inside with an Aqualink system that controls both the pool and spa.

Crown Colony Golf & Country Club is located within 7 minutes driving time to Fort Myers beach and to the bridge to Sanibel. A short distance away is convenient shopping, theatres, the Barbara Mann Center (a performing arts center) and in season pre-season baseball for the Minnesota Twins.
