Located in Watercolor’s beautiful Park District right above Chan’s Wine World, Stargazer is just 200 leisurely walking steps from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This 1,380 square foot condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 6 people. Large porch overlooks the south side of WaterColor's Town Center. Exquisite décor accents every room of this flat including hardwood floors and fine kitchen amenities. This unit comes with the use of 2 free adult beach coaster bikes. The WaterColor community has 5 pools, a beach club, and access to the tennis facilities (fees apply).
Large porch features a wrought iron table and six chairs, plus 2 loungers - great for people watching or outdoor dining. Large carpeted master bedroom has four-poster king bed, ceiling fan, armoire, LCD TV, DVD, two bedside tables with two lamps, side chair with lamp, small desk and private bath. French doors open out onto the porch. Large master bath features jetted spa tub, separate walk-in shower, two vanity sinks and closet. Carpeted twin bedroom features two twin beds, bedside table and lamp, large armoire, ceiling fan, TV and closet. Tiled hall bath has a vanity sink and tub/shower. Stackable washer and dryer in the hallway.
The large living room features hardwood floors, LCD TV, DVD and mini stereo with CD. Ample seating includes queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), love seat, and wicker side chair with ottoman surrounding a coffee table plus side tables and lamps. Work desk with wireless high speed internet connectivity. Large armoire is stocked with games for the kids. Large dining table seats six. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen features GE Monogram appliances: frig, 4-burner electric glass top range, dishwasher and microwave. Exquisite granite counter tops, pass thru bar to the dining area and breakfast seating area with a table and four chairs round out the kitchen.
Monthly rentals are available during winter rate season only.
Guests staying in the Park District will enjoy close access to Cerulean Park and the many other gardens, ponds and paths located throughout. The Park District includes chic Town Center residences or charming coastal homes that sit between 30-A and Western Lake ranging from 1-5 blocks from the beach.
