Exquisite décor accents every room of this flat including hardwood floors and fine kitchen amenities. This unit comes with the use of 2 free adult beach coaster bikes. The WaterColor community has 5 pools, a beach club, a boathouse where you can rent kayaks, and access to the tennis facilities (fees apply). Fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel GE Monogram appliances: frig, 4-burner electric flat top range, dishwasher and microwave.
