the 2br Unit - not well maintained

We stayed in the 2br unit for 3 nights. It's cleaned good enough. But beds are really saggy and very not comfortable. In the bathroom, there's no towel bar to hang towels. The kitchen is "fully stocked" - with bunch of who knows how old and where from pots. The dishwasher was falling out from under the counter, though did work. All in all, not well maintained. We didn't feel welcome and comfortable. These properties are managed by a vacation rental company. The webpage description does mention cleaning fee is additional, but it does not mention a "booking fee". All included, the price does not really justify the condition of the property. Next time if I rent in this community again, I'd rent a property directly managed by owner.
Owner response:Good morning Jeff, We sincerely appreciate your feedback. If we are not made aware of issues, we are not able to address them. There are certainly many people who prefer dealing with an agency who is here locally, rather than an owner who may be many, many miles away. We are on call 24/7 for issues and hope to make all of our guests feel welcome. I will forward your requests/ feedback to the owner as I've not gotten this complaint before. This is our most economical property and certainly a STEAL of a deal for Pensacola Beach (you'd have a hard time finding a hotel for the price I gave you). Having said that, we do hold even our most inexpensive rentals to the same standards as our priciest- and will do everything we can to fascilitate a comfortable, relaxing stay is had by all.
