This property was clean & exactly as depicted in the description. This was a last minute trip and the owners were very gracious to us. It was close to the strip but away from the crowds. A great place for walking and the fitness center was good. We really enjoyed our stay & would love to stay here again!
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We spent 3 nights here in June 2010. Nice location. Not very clean. Toilet not working properly, so water dripped constantly and every 15 minutes tank refilled. Carpet very dirty, not acceptable. Windows dirty too. Our 6th use of Vacation Rental by Owner, our first bad experience.
Owner response:to future renters , please don't let this disgrunteled customer deteir you from staying in my condo (she wanted to leave early because of the hot weather and i would not refund her money) you will find my condo very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay

My family stayed in this condo last year and plan to return this summer! It was plenty of space for my husband and I and our two small children. We let the kids sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room and they loved it. The condo was very clean and the location was excellent. Beautiful gated community with lovely homes, condos and grounds. The condo is close (walking) to the clubhouse and pools which was great. We were able to walk back & forth very easily for lunch in the condo. I would say my husband and I have high expectations and standards for cleanliness and organization and this condo met those expectations. All laundry necessities were provided and anything you could think of in the kitchen was there. Branson was a great city to spend family time in and we all had a great time- plan to make it a yearly visit and hope to stay in this condo each year too!
