Why the Owner Chose North Conway
Convenient location close to Ski slopes, North Conway villiage, restauranss and shopping. Though close to everything location private and you know you are in NH! Living area overlooks tree tops, great view! Incredibe ambiance inside and out. In nice weather deck is peaceful and private setting for morning coffee. Greenery surrounds you! Sunbathing on the deck is perfect! In winter great fun to relax in the hot tub, take in the view and be steps from livingroom.

Perfect Family Get - Away for Memorial Day 2011 !!

We travelled with grandparents, parents and children (toddler and a 5 year old) and this house was perfect! The 5 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and plenty of space with the bathrooms spread out. It's not your typical "rental" with uncomfortable beds, or twin beds...this was high class! We loved the roomy kitchen, and enjoyed the deck on a seasonably hot Memorial Day Weekend. Close to activities for all the family, and a great spot to unwind and relax once we were back. We enjoyed the grill and hot tub also. The house comes with everything you need, from real glassware Martini glasses, all the way to cooking items/utensils. Nice touches all around from the decorations to the granite countertops. We never wanted for anything. Geoff (owner) was very accomodating, seeing as we needed to turn on the air conditioner due to the high temps (80's+). He was quick to respond and walk us through how to do it. Overall a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this house!

We had a great week-end some couples went skiing, some went shopping,and some went house hunting. Driveway a little steep need 4 wheel drive not mentioned in discripton. Plenty of room for everyone looking forward to next year. Thanks
