Shipyard Plantation's Colonnade Club is the perfect destination for those who seek an oasis of serenity that is still within minutes of popular island activities. Located on the 2nd floor in a small complex of 2-story buildings, this NEWLY UPDATED villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a newly updated decor. Bring your laptop and take advantage of the FREE WIRELESS INTERNET. To the left of the entry foyer is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV/DVD, and a connecting door to the hall bath.
On the right is the KITCHEN, which has BRAND NEW cabinetry, granite countertops, and flooring, as well as a small laundry room to the rear containing a full-size washer & dryer.
In addition, the kitchen has a convenient dining/serving counter with 2 bar stools that is open to the formal dining area, where there is a round table with seating for 6 and a matching buffet.
The adjacent living room features a comfortable seating group of sofa, loveseat, and a chair with an ottoman. There is an entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD & CD player, and a large slider door that opens to a balcony, which has an outdoor dining table and a lovely lagoon and golf course view. Off of this room are a hall bath and the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a TV/VCR/DVD, a large double window overlooking the lagoon, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private NEWLY UPDATED bath.
Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf. The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard also has gated entrance access from both Pope Avenue, which gives convenient access to the shops & restaurants along Pope Ave., Coligny Plaza shops & restaurants, and North & South Forest Beach and Wm. Hilton Parkway (Hwy. 278), which gives access to the many shops and restaurants along the islands main thoroughfare. The Colonnade Club, a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation, is surrounded by tennis and golf, is a short walk to the beach, has an on-site pool, pool house, and heated spa.

I stayed here this spring with my family...the location is AWESOME (nice shaded walkway to the beach starting in the parking log)....the inside is GORGEOUS....very elegant homey feel to the property..The property is very close to a lot of things to do in HHI which is great if you have kids! The Whole family had the best beach vacation experience ever at this property...i HIGHLY recommend this place...

We rented for one week. The condo had a beautiful decor. The deck looking out onto the pond was beautiful in the morning. The newly remodeled kitchen had everything we needed to cook a wonderful meal (if we wanted to.) Very warm and welcoming place to stay. We would rent again. Highly recommend.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This condo is fantastic. Our family absolutely loved this unit. Clean, updated decor and comfortable. The full-size kitchen and dining area was ideal for preparing family meals. Second bedroom was great for our kids with twin beds and TV/DVD. The master is very spacious and separate baths are nice. Nice pool club. Highly recommend

My family and I loved our stay in Colonnade Club #182. The updates to the condo were very nice and having the full kitchen and the full laundry room was amazing. The entire condo was fantastic and fit our every need. We loved this condo.
