New chef's kitchen, bathrooms, new decks on both sides of the house, electrical, recessed lighting, flat screen TV, stereo system, high speed Wi-Fi, free cable TV and long distance telephone to the USA and Canada.
The house features a modern, spacious kitchen that opens up to the dining area and living room. The kitchen features granite countertops, a Sub Zero refrigerator, new cabinets, a Bosch dishwasher, Thermador stove top & oven and porcelain floor tiles. New bathrooms: all new plumbing, Japanese soak tub in master bath, new vanities and lighting. Master bedroom features large glass doors looking straight out on to the ocean. All Bedrooms have recessed, dimmable lighting. Queen size bed in every bedroom. (The 3rd bedroom has a futon that converts to a very cozy queen sized bed). Each bedroom has its own sliding glass door that opens to its own deck/lanai. We have a 4th queen size aero bed that is very comfy if you need it.
The house sleeps up to 6 people very comfortably. A wonderful ocean view outdoor shower on the grass lawn is the perfect place to rinse off after a day on the beach.
The house is surrounded by a lush Hawaiian grassy garden.
Incredible view overlooking the ocean and into Waimea Bay. 30 steps to the white sands and snorkeling of 3 Tables Beach and in the opposite direction, a 2 minute walk to world famous, white sand beach of Waimea Bay. Private parking lot for 2-3 cars. New electric, private gated entrance to the property. Parking for 3 cars.
