Relax in the sun on the large deck and watch hummingbirds buzz the wildflowers. Take the canoe out on Lake Irwin and watch the sunset behind the 13,000 feet mountains. Hike or bike through the wildflowers to meadows, waterfalls, and peaks.

The historic town of Crested Butte is just a 15-minute drive and provides fine dining, entertainment, and many festivals and activities. Friendly locals with eclectic style are its brightest gem. The Gunnison Valley is a sports person's paradise with hunting and fishing spots in abundance.
